[Resolved]  Irctc — refund money

I am very sorry to say that I had a ticket from Kolkata (Koaa) to Allahabad(Ald) on 22th june . When i had purchased my E ticket at that time my status was waiting . It was in waiting till departure of train from kolkata . So , i had talked to concern T.T & found that due to waiting status my ticket got cancelled . My PNR NO was

My Transaction no was [protected]
Please help me in order to refund my money.

I have done my ticket today for nzm to kota jn for 7/5/2011 but unfurtunetely sbi payment gateway cut 240 Rs from my account & insted of showing confirmmation the webside shows "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes& "thats why i am not getting my ticket yet so plz refund my money

I booked a ticket for new delhi from allahabad by prayag raj of 18.02.2015. The ticket was booked on 31.01.2015. The transaction ID is[protected]. Surprisingly, no PNR no. was issued & ticket status was showing Not Booked but the amount of Rs. 772.49. the was deducted from my account. The amount was deducted from my state bank of India, Shaktinagar Branch A/c through my debit card.. Pl take action & refund the amount in my account

But i was not travel in this train because this train somthing 7 hours late
and after 1 month irctc not refund my money and when i send a mail he always reply that when zonal railway refund money then i created your money in your account
