[Resolved] Irctc — REFUND OF FAILED TRANSACTION AMOUNT

I’ve tried booking the following e-tickets & paying through my SBI Debit card, but the transaction failed, & the ticket wasn’t booked but at the same time the ticket amount was debited from my account.

Respected Sir,

I had booked a ticket through IRCTC web site on 13.05.2010 from Erode to Mangalore, though the transaction was unsuccessful, Rs.242 (Rs.232 ticket charges and Rs.10 service charges) got debited in my account. The transaction failure reference no in IRCTC web site is [protected]. In web site it shows that the transaction is settled, but the amount is not yet credited to my account. The copy of my Bank statement is attached as "additional photos". I have been following up with IRCTC through continues mails, but no results are found. I request the competent authorities to consider my complaint and arrange for refunding of amount.

This has caused lot of inconvenience to me. Kindly do the needful.

Dear SIr,

I am santhosh reddy. Today morning when i tried to book a train ticket(tatkal) from Bangalore to Kacheguda, An amount of( 360.03/- ) has been debited / deducted from my HDFC bank account but the Ticket was not booked.Kindly credit back the failed transaction amount
