Non refund of tatkal waiting ticket
Dear team,
1)My tickets were booked in tatkal from
Bandra to NZM for date of journey 24/02/2019
In BDTS SMPRK K EX 12907.
Tickets were in waiting list and i have cancelled ticket 24/02/2019, so as per the guidelines and protocols the amount should be credited to my account which is not yet refund amount Rs. 1380.
Kindly look into the matter

2)No Refund from irctc of failed tranction
Sir/ Madam,
I had booked a ticket on 27/02/2019 the money deducted but ticket not booked, then I contacted IRCTC they were saying that it will be credited automatically in 3-4 working days.But today it is more then 5 days and i have not received any refund.

Tranction ID : C1902261105191733653759
Booking date: 26 Feb.2019
Tranction amount: 1500.
hope so this all information is enough to get my refund as early as possible.
