We booked the ticket (PNR No.[protected]) in IRCTC and ticket has not been confirmed, we file the TDR on 01 May 2009 for refund the amount as suggested by IRCTC, they assured that amount will refund after 90 days, but till now we didn't get the amount and as well as positive responce from the IRCTC. Please helps us to get back the amount immidiately.

Actually i tried to book the ticket from coimbatore to Bangalore on 15th March. First time i got error message after all my transaction has been completed.the error message like your request for booking can not be processed like that..but money has been debited so i tried 3 times ..i got the same problem for three times..money also debited from my account..please let me know when will get money back .
