I have forgot my password to IRCTC Login.
My IRCTC User ID: neetika17
I have tried through password forgot wizard but the site is not taking my security question too.
I have to take print out of my booked tickets. i have not noted down my PNR No also.

Please send me the reset password to this email id or you can also send the same to [protected]@yahoo.co.in
If you are not the right person to do the same then please send my query to right forum so that I can get the requisite help from there.

I am trying to change my login password which was provided by IRCTC, but still whenever I am trying to freshly login into the website it is still taking the old one and the new one only takesi ifthe session is continued after password change. I really do not understand, what kind of software/process it has been designed with such ambiguities.The software is really pathetic. This case is most evident in the new screen designed by irctc.

Please let me know the process of changing the login password which was provided by irctc.
