Amount deducted my account but ticket not booked and amount not refunded.

I was booking ticket from Kurnool Town (KRNT) to Yelahanka (YNK) on 3th september, 2012. Unfortunately, due to some technical reasons transaction got failed. The amount 1168 was deduced from my account. I booked through SBI credit card using AXIS credit option and i did not received the ticket. IRCTC website is showing that the transaction was failed. Ticket not available in the booked history of my account

My user id is drnitu07 I have booked a ticket on 7.7.12 from dhanbad to sambalpur date of journey 24.10.12 train no. 13351. i got the sms on my mobile. Website not working at 10AM

After the tatkal timing changes, most of the time when i login to IRCTC the attached error mesage is appearing at login time, payment process time, but all the tickets are booked with in the 15min, how the same website is working for others. pls traceout how they are booking others not able to book the tickets....

unactivate my booking I.D.

I have user I.D. kul_sanjay registered with IRCTC since last 4 - 5 years . on one day I found that all booking is suspending by IRCTC with out any notice / mail /call . I have write to them first on 12 July and learn that by their mail that it was done because they found I have more than one user I.D. when I was explain that i Have only one I.D. and second I.D. is never made or used by my self.

i'm a student, and your department has taken my money due to unknown reasons. i hate to be called an indian due to the these kind o[censored]nacceptable attitude by authorities, slow and corrupt official matters. i have been mailing the concerned authorities for the same but with no response. account suspended

irctc - railway booking online account suspended

I get the error message "Booking is not allowed as your account is suspended".

My account ID was re-created on 29/December/2008 and I still have that email showing a succesfull entry, thereafter I booked tickets on 01/March/2010 (email exists) and after that no more bookings till date. My mobile number is the same for the past 8 years.
