I am irctc agent. journey date train has been cancelled .then file tdr process irctc rules after 3 months payment refund . but after four months jouney date departure no responce from irctc . please help me .

As per the norms mentioned in the IRCTC site, the amount should get credited within 2 months, but as of 15th June 2009, it has not been credited. I had booked a ticket with Irctc. But I was not able to make travel. So, I had filed a TDR as per IRCTC procedures to get the due refund (some 50%). But It has been nearly 16 months and no action whatsoever has been taken. The date of journey was 27/09/2008. The PNR no is [protected]. The Transaction no is [protected] and TDR filed on 29/09/2008. I have made acomplaint regarding this to IRCTC, but they have not taken any action yet. Please help me for refund.

I booked a e-ticket (on 28th Dec 2009) for my sister to travel from Hyderabad to New Delhi on 30/12/2009 under tatkal quota. But on the day of journey the train was late more than 3 hours and hence she could make her journey. As per railway rule, if train is late by more than 3 hrs from starting destination (in my case it is Hyderabad itself), TDR can be filed for refund of the ticket money. Therefore I filed TDR on 31-Dec-2009. After 2 months of TDR filing date I got a mail that Refund is not approved without stating any reason for non-approaval.
I am requesting you to help me in order to get back of ticket amount. Please find the ticke and TDR details in attachment.

I have booked an E-Ticket with PNR number [protected] for travel in Train number 12512 from Trivandrum to Lucknow in three tier A/c. Date of journey was 24/4/2012. This is regarding the toilets provided in Ratnachal express which departs from Vskp to BZA and back every day.

The flushing systems in that coaches were not at all usable by the passengers as the sufficient water is not comes out to flush.

the system provided is button pressing as 90% are unaware how to use the flushing system.

as this train is always highly crowded May i request your kind attention to look in to this and do some thing so that we can travel happily.

On 25/02/2010 I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket through
tatkal cota from Howrah to Varansi JN boarding on 27/05/2010 for S K RAI MALE 45 & P RAI female 43.
Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI ATM cum DEBIT card payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon...⇄ came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.The money ( Rs 693.00 ) has already been debited from my SBI acc.but i have not received ticket confirmation. when i tried 2nd time i got the ticket. but twice the transaction have been done.

I request IRCTC to help me at the earliest and refund the same amount.

I had booked two tickets from Secunderabad to Howrah PNR number [protected] and one of the tickets got confirmed the second one was wait listed. I filed a TDR in April 2011 for the refund TID-[protected] and EKT-[protected] for the refund, but till date I have not received any refund amount inspite of several reminders and communication with the railway officials. The railway officials says the request is not approved, I do not know the reason why it is not approved when ticket was not confirmed and passenger did not travel in the ticket and TDR was very well filed within the timeline.

This type of response from teh governemnt is totally unacceptable, which is not initiating a refund for last eight months.

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I (Sparsh Gupta) had booked a 2AC ticket from Lucknow to Mumbai/LTT (Train no. 05031 GKP/LTT Exp) with date of Journey as 6th April 2013.

Due to certain issues i had to cancel my travel plan & hence i tried to apply for cancellation through "Cancel E-Ticket/ Refund" option on IRCTC site. The option did not allow me to cancel the ticket though i tried cancelling the ticket @ 11 a.m. i.e. more than 4 hours before the scheduled departure of train from my boarding station i.e. Lucknow.

The train was scheduled for departure from Lucknow @ 16:20 hrs. Hence as per the cancellation rules of IRCTC if the cancellation is applied within 12 hrs but before 4 hrs from the schedule departure of the train, the refund amount is 75% i.e 25% are the cancellation charges.

However, when i tried cancelling the ticket through "Cancel E-Ticket/ Refund", the system did not allow me to cancel the ticket throwing message that the "chart is prepared". Hence i proceeded for cancellation through Filing the TDR option

The refund of amount through TDR was also filed on the same day i.e. 6th april 2013 between 11.00 am to 12 noon i.e. more than 4hrs from the scheduled departure of the train.

However, to my dismay i found that IRCTC has deducted 50% & refunded 50 % of the amount i.e. Rs. 930 against ticket booking amount of Rs. 1905.

I request you to please look into the matter & help me getting the correct amount refunded i.e. 75% instead of only 50%.

I am travelling right now from hyderabad to allahabad and the tte had charged me 960 rupees
As fine as i am not carrying the original id proof. My actual ticket cost is only 500. Whom should i complain about these. In india rowdis are reduced but as the government officials are trained and looted more than that. Shame on railways and the congress government.
