[Resolved] ITC — Sudden Price rise in Gold Flake Kings in Chengalpet, Tamilnadu

Dear Sir, Iam writing this email from a place called Kalpakkam, Tamilnadu. Here for the last three days vendors are selling ITC Goldflake kings @ Rs. 4.50/cig, but where as the actual price of the cigarette pac for 10 cigarettes shows Rs. 40 only. I don't understand without any prior notice by this company ..how could they all of sudden increase the price of the cigarettes.. Kindly request you to address this issue at the earliest. If this continues all the vendors will start increasing prices of other products also as per their wish, which would cause a big pain to the consumer like us. Thank you, Krishnamurthy. Yes looks like its all over. Its the same here in Bangalore. A pack of 10 sells at Rs.44-45 against the MRP of Rs.40 per pack of 10.

Probably my best guess is that this extra money goes into the funding of elections. Any guesses as to who is benefiting ? Is the election commission taking note of this?

ITC — Bribe for area supervisor

I am the owner of Lucky General Stores bearing a ITC Milds signage. My daily sales are in the range of Rs.[protected] of cigarettes alone. I have recently been asked for a bribe by the area supervisor (Andheri W, Mumbai) for a bribe failing which he will remove the signage. Can something be done about this?

This is total nonsense. Even golf flake filters price is also being increased unnecessarily. wuts the point in it? The company will lose is customers with the price hike. its better off with the very old prices itself, where smokers dont have to think twice before buying a pack.

I want to get my from chennai to Bangalore, So what is the procedure.
1.How to get NOC from chennai. I got my RC from Ayyanavaram RTO Office.how much charge to NOC.
2.How much again i have to pay for Karnataka Government for Road Tax(Two Wheeler)
or
all over India they cut for Road tax for two wheeler?

hi i am aasim ali i used goldflake last 5 years.on 28 nov.i have purchase 1 carton of goldflake because on 28 nov.my friend wedding was held. but mostely cigrette are cracked on the bud of cigrette. i am very upset above all these things and that time i feel very shameful in front of my friends and relative.please solve my problem as soon as posible &plzzzzzz understand the value of money of consumer.
