this is dumit gupta.
i had applied my passport on 1st july 2008.
approx. 3 and half months before
my passport file no. is jpr-Z[protected]
now my company is sending me china i am facing passport problem.
plz solve my problem as soon as possible.
the status showing for my passport is like this from last 10 days
It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time .
plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

i have sent my complain befor some time but no respons
my passport was despatched to sadhuwali cantt, sriganganagar on 09 jan 09 bearing RLno U 3934 which was not delivered to me .On investigation it is learnt that the local po has sent it back to your office on 24 jan 09 as intimated to me by the post master.Please desp it soon at the same address as i have liaised with the concerned PO and have left my contact no with the post master now.

I couldnot receive the passport since I was not at home due to my father had an attack and he was hospitalised and I had to visit him immediately.
When I came back the post man had sent it back from Udaipur post office back to Jaipur. Once I called Jaipur passport office the attendee said that they cannot send it back again. I have to travel to Jaipur or apply for passport again. He was not ready to hear my greavance.
Please have a look at this case and tell me what to do exactly according to the rules of government of india

I have applied for fresh passport of my daughter vide file reference no. JPR-W[protected].
The application date was 09.11.2009. At the time of applying, I have submitted H Form along with other necessary document.
After viewing status of the same on Internet, I have found that, it has not been issued due to lack of H Form (Which I had already submitted with the FORM initially).
After that I have sent the fresh copy of H FORM through registered post as well as through Courier (Address: Passport Officer, J-14, JHALANA INSTITUTIONAL AREA, JHALANA DOONGRI, Jaipur)
But, till today I have not received the passport of my minor daughter.
I have to go on vacations during this period, but without passport, it is not possible. May like to request to the authorities to release the same at the earliest and oblige.
