Jointly booked 2 units of flats at Jaypee Sports City-KASSIA, 1-4 bed room & 1-1 bedroom, at Greater Noida under Subvention Plan on[protected].Applied with AXIS Bank for the Subvention Plan as advised by Jaypee Group.AXIS bank rejected our application due to incomplete paperwork & issues with Jaypee Sports City with Greater Noida Authority. Paid Rs 16 lacs against these 2 units as per our funding under subvention plan without any delay.We were forced to change our payment plan from Subvention Plan to Construction Link Plan in 04-2011.This benefits JP Group as they do not pay interest on 80% loan on the units.Paid Rs.55,000 & Applied with HDFC, Kuwait for home loan and got it approved on May 2011 under CLP.We have been receiving demand letters without any response for all our queries and problems.We have requested that please waive of our interest because we were forced to change our Subvention plan to Const link plan due to problems of JP Group.We have been subjected to undue stress, financial loss, mental agony because of JP Group non transparent and inefficient policies.Just to solve the case and all pending issues, under great financial stress, we paid JP Group Rs 30 lacs more in 2 instalments i.e. in Oct & Dec 2011, as advised by their executive verbally. Since Dec 11 they have not waived my interest and after writing to them several times they officially responded to me few days back that they will not waive off my interest.When I told them to send some recent photographs they have sent me photos dated April 12. When i told them to send new photos concerning my tower they have failed to do such a simple thing. They are sitting on our hard earned money and there is NO PROGRESS ON THE site for the past 6 - 10 months.This is case of non transparency, conducting frauds, non fulfilling the promises given to customers.

L'solutions Customer Care's response Dear Sir, I represent Legalistic Solutions Private Limited, a legal consultancy firm in Noida; that represents numerous clients in such matters of subvention scheme fraud. We are currently handling several subvention fraud cases against the developer, where the buyers were not granted possession on time. Many of our clients had planned their expenses in accordance with the promises of property possession made by the developer. Due to the delay in completion of the project those clients are now forced to bear additional expenses as they are paying EMIs along with rent expenses for their current residences. We are about to initiate negotiations with the developer and are contemplating our options. We have come up with the following alternatives- 1) Complete refund of the entire amount paid to the developer, from the bank as well as initial down payment made by the buyer, along with interest. 2) Allotment of property of similar value to the clients (assuming possession is immediately available). As of now we have close to a dozen clients who have been duped by the subvention fraud and we would like to invite more complainants to join us in our effort to get compensation for our losses. The more complainants we have, the more pressure we can build upon the developer. Only by uniting can we force the large corporation to sit at the negotiating table. Jaypee Developers Customer Care's response We are Jaypee Developers in Hosur, Tamilnadu. The above complaints is not concerned with us. The above company is different company except similarity in NAME. Hence address your compalint directly to them .
