Just has a talk with one of their sales person yesterday. he showed me a bunch of contract papers to signup and i aksed him to leave the form and collect the other day so that i can read it up and fill the form and to the most surprisingly he told me that we do not allow our customers to keep the form with them self and its not the policy of company .to that i asked them to give a copy of terms and conditions so that i can read it thoroughly and again as i expected we said we do not provide copy of terms and conditions rather i can tell you whats written in it. they tried each and every thing so that i could not read the terms and conditions and those other bunch of contracts. also they were signing an electronic bank deduction form so that they can deduct money from my bank account every month. it looks too shady to sign up with just dial.

It was committed by your Sales Executive (Mr. Atul) that i can update the categories & keywords at anytime for the Banner ad, He also cleared that i can change/update the keywords only linked to my Business & City.
That was OK with me.
But now none of the Executives is supporting for updation of the keywords of my Ad.
I was tired of complaining, I talked to everybody, but no support from your side.

JUST DIAL SERVICES — Fraud companies Telephone no given as best rating

I had dialed Just dial services for information of home tutions institutes. I got No of a Instute in Powai Caled Climb First and they are big cheats and frauds ,they have cheated more than thousands of people. How can you give telephone nos of such institutes as best ratings. Really sad.

I think the best way is to post on his Facebook Id first if he does not reply and secondly I am also one of the Individual
who does not receive any reply beyond time limit from their Management.
My number have been passed by Just dial Employees who mark cheap third category Completely abusive language sms.
I have it on record with all proper proof.
Client now since caught red handed is not coming on line. and Just dial Also are acompleterly avoiding me.

I also feel we should all Aggreived party should form a Group and together some Legal Action should be taken.
Group can be formed on Facebook or by soime other means once we all on a Bank holliday decide to come online at the
predecided time.

We represent a company with the name CentiPlex and are planning to file a FIR against the company Justdial along with the law-suit against the company for public fraud and cheating.
I have read in the news-papers that recently the CEO of one such company tim-tara was arrested due to some frauds.
The company justdial had deducted the money from our account in the name of ECS and continued our services even after our clear cut denial of acceptance of their services.
We emailed them a lot of times that we do not want to avail their services, still they deducted the ECS and also started our lead plan which was already denied to them.
Now they are denying to make any refunds for the payment, it’s a simple case of fraud and cheat that the company want to buy their services and start the plans which a consumer do not want and then deducting the payment from their accounts even after several notices both verbally and in written.
I am looking forward for the help from general public to expose this company and take them to the court for such kind of frauds and cheating activities.
I am sure, there are millions of people out there, who have already been cheated by this company justdial and would like to request them all to join hands with me to bring this company down to their knees and also get their CEO busted.

I would be making a official FIR and case in the court by this week end and would like to request you all to support this noble cause and also help others to prevent themselves from further cheating the fraud.

I had taken the service of Justdial for getting the business leads for my company "Sterling Info Ways" in May 2012. After few days I found very poor response so I stopped payment through ECS by writing a mail on[protected]. I didn't keep money in bank account to avoid ECS deduction. After sometime I heard about improved service of justdial so again I took the new Contract in March 2013 on the name of Sterling Infoways Pvt. Ltd. My previous as well as new contract both were registered on same mail id (adarsh.[protected]@gmail.com) and same mobile number ([protected]). In the month of April I found a small ECS deduction from my account for which I sent a mail to justdial asking that " If my previous contract is already expired and new contract's ECS date is 19th then why this small deduction from account?". At this point of time I received a mail from justdial saying that your ECS is already stopped on 3rd April. At this point of time I was not informed that this small deduction is for my previous contract. Today my account was debited with an amount of Rs. 2809/ for my previous contract. If my ECS was still active then why I was not informed when I asked for small deduction???? If I was informed then by today I would have stopped my previous ECS or closed my bank account but I was not informed for the same. Today without giving any message on my registered mobile number or my mail-id my ECS was deducted. This is a clear case of cheating. Kindly help to get me my money back.

After going to institute, I realized that it is the worst institute of Pune and most of positive reviews are fake on justdial.
So, I wrote an honest and negative review about the institute and I was shocked to see that it was removed by justdial staff after some hours
And the institute owner wrote many positive fake reviews sam day there and they are still there.

I don't understand why they want only positive reviews? Is it because they take money from business owners? This is definitely fraud.

Just dial is fraud company by twisting facts, their only aim is to pocket the customer's money.

We have taken a contract from Just Dial on[protected] by paying (Rs.35, 016/-) and upgraded it two times on[protected]Rs.23, 783/-)
and[protected]Rs.2, 098/-) for getting leads for sales. With in 10 days we have upgraded our contract for getting leads. But we are not getting enough leads as committed and given false information to secure the contract from us. We have paid Rs.60, 897/- altogether and we are not satisfied with the services of JustDial. We have complained to customer care of Just Dial many times and mailed them 3 times for termination of contract and refund the money. But they are not admitting their fault and not refunding the money.

1. Inefficient customer care, not aware of contract terms given to us.
2. Fake leads are sent to us.
3. False information about contract given to us.
4. Only one sided contract to pocket the customer's money

I request all customer's who are facing same problem with just dial to join hands against this company, file fraud and criminal case.

And which advertisement company in the world gives commitment of customer??????

It just matter of comman sense that today if any customer comes to our shop than we also can't sure that he/she would buy something or not?????
In advertisement field if we gives adv. in T.V. Or News paper...is they commit that this no. Of customer surely comes to your place????

Leads is just extraa service provided by justdial their main task is just promot the bussiness

Justdial is a fraud company. I had a very bad experience with one of the companies that I hired for interior work through justdial. The interior company cheated me, so apart from taking legal action against them, I tried to post a negative review against the company on justdial. But for days together, the review was not posted. After 2-3 days of calling them again and again they posted just a "poor" rating against the company excluding comments. But that too was removed after couple of days. So it seems, you cannot post a negative review against a company which cheats you but offers good advertising budget to justdial.com
