I had registered a monthly plan with Just Dial wherein they said that my details would be given to callers asking for the service.I wantd to cancel the same but they are ignoring and not bothered i I have also sent a mail to their CEO but he is also not bothered. JUst dial do not take responsibility. It became evident. Given me list of electrican services to repair my fan. My fan which was working, the repairer took the fan and bought next day. Fit found not working. In my absence my Mother gave his fees. He left since then not picking up my phone and not responding. 18 days gone. Fan is not working. Just dial do not take inititative and compell or warn to repairer to give the proper service for which paid.

Really Justdail.com is a fake and has a list o[censored]n-trusted and fussy clients in there database.
I contacted to justdail for Airtel Broadband connection. Some Airtel customer by this Mobile No. [protected] contacted me and dissused about Airtel Connection.
I first told him to come to my location and check that service is Availabel or Not.

yes same story with me they offered me like 20 leads atleast in a month and i have given one month advance not a single lead and one call came that also from sulekha.com and just dial people are saying its a lead what the hell i am not paying justdial to get an call from sulekha even they are asking to pay 5000 for service, then i called on 29 to justdial and said i want to stop the service the caller said you can not stop like this till nine months you have to pay . what am i a fool or what i will pay 1600 every month with out a single lead govt should band this kind of companies i will file a court case today against justdial and also against the ceo.

I got a free listing for my company on Justdial...within 2 days I received call from their guys about their services and trying to convince me to convert my free to Paid listing... when I asked them about how many enquiries they get related to my services...they gave me some number... (later on I got to know that they show some fake numbers on their excel sheet and thatswhy they insist to come to your place and show you everything instead of writing in email)
But when I told them on phone that I will not do the paid listing now and call me one month later...the guy called me after one month and when I told him that if interested I will contact them...but he started arguing and when I politely tole him not to call...he kept on calling...I rejected his call about 10-12 time but he kept calling...finally I took the call and said... " Are yo not getting hat I said...not to call me...how many times do I need to tell" and I disconnected the phone... The bugger was calling from his mobile number and kept calling again and again to irritate me...when I again picked to say something...he tried insult me that if I cannot afford why you come to justdial and he is a bigshot and also some bad words which he was saying.(may be his fathers' real names)..I disconnected again...but he kept calling...after few failed calls he did not call...but I want to complain about such bad behaviour which the Justdial.com is also encouraging to get sales...and they think that if one person complains, they do not have any effect since they have too many customers already...

Just Dial team are cheaters. I enrolled with ECS plan with Justdial 4 months before. They have already taken money for 6 months money.(2 Months Advance). 2000 Rs automatically deducted on 10th of each month.

so we can give loan to just dial clients .

I have registered with just dial ltd for lead generation of my web development business in Hyderabad. I paid 3 months in advance and also they took ECS mandate from me to deuct Rs.2300 every month from my bank account. Afterthat, they started sending some leads to my mobile and email. I noticed that the leads sent by them are totally false, irrelevant and fake. none of them are genuine and I realised that I made a mistake. After seeing for 6 months I realised that they are cheating me with wrong leads. I asked them to discontinue my registration and stop the ECS deduction. They continue to deduct my money even after asking for discontinuing. When called their customer care department, they speak some irrelevant things and try to divert your discussion. Finally they say that they will continue to deduct for 9 months because it is there in the agreement. I said when i am not getting any service from you and requested for delisting my business with Justdial, what right do they have to take money from me simply without giving any product or service in return to me. I am now totally convinced that these people are cheaters and liers. My advice to anyone is not to go to them for any reason except you have lots of money to give to these beggars. Please do not trust those people at all and someone from the government may look into the matter and control such fraudulent people. Otherwise, everyone will think that they can also cheat people like justdial.
Just dial is a biggest fraud company. Three months back there company executive came to my office. I was told that I would be given at least five enquiries a day so believing them I registered with them. Believe me in three months I have not even received ten enquiries from them. Do not believe they are a big fraud and I totally agree, to whom so ever you call they never respond.
Even I faced the same problem I am not able to cancel my ECS I have changed my bank I requested them thousand time not to present ECS they are not listening. Please do not register your company in this.. They will not stand by their words. Sales person commit u lot but service is very poor once u register it's over u can't cancel your agreement.. Beware
