[Resolved]  JustDial.com — customer grievance

i have subscribed my co's profile in just dial for business for 2 month contract.

i have paid advance payment towards my 2 months subcription.

as per the co's marketing person guidance i have paid for 2 month's subscription,
he has told me that you have to subcribe for 2 month and if you are satisfied with our service
then continue for further subcription through ecs mode of payment.

so i have signed the contract and provided the bank details but i have not signed the ecs form.

but now on 21st of october there is a ecs of 1379/- hit in my account without my approval.
despited of complaining and following up with them for 15 days the things don't go right and
don't know the status on the issue.

Its quite a sorry state of affairs in Just Dial, when you register a complaint they dont respond even in 3 months. It is a negative approach which may doom the company.

JUST DIAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT
My name is Niiruu and my husband's name is Sunjiebb Bose, We are based in Bangalore since June last year, as earlier we were in Kolkata. We opened our Fast Food shop in the month of August 2009. After one month, one Executive called Srikant from Just Dial contacted us for promotion of our Fast Food items in Just Dial, to which we eventually we agreed. He told us that first we have to pay for three months and thereafter if you like it, we can extend to one year. Contract form and ESC was duly signed. There was a understanding between us that the calls from the customers asking for our eatable items would be forwarded to us. WHICH HAS NOT BEEN DONE TILL DATE. We both went to JUSTDIAL in Bangalore where we met SUmitra and Fatima, two Ladies who tried helping us, changed our categories as we are specialising in Mumbaikar snacks, we have specifically told Mr. Srikant in the month of September the first day of registring with them that we are into Mumbaikar snacks, that is Vada Pav, Batata Vada and many more items. But JUSTDIAL has not even bothered to put our items in particular categories.
ON THE CONTRARY THEY ARE ASKING FOR MORE MONEY, IF WE WANT TO CHANGE THE CATEGORIES,
First is their mistake that they have demoralised us in these four months after charging us 1000 ruppees each month till now with no result, no business and now NO CALL FORWARDING.

YESTERDAY MANJU AREA SALES MANAGER had come to our house and assured us that the needful would be done, which i have a doubt, as I am just now reading so many complaints against JUSTDIAL.

Why this has become such a fraud company, we fail to understand - we need your help and assistance. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com.

Just Dial Forward phone number and database to their clients who pay them for the database.
It should not be done till the time...we do not allow them...
because their client search the details in the name of customer via different links(personal and office numbers...)
which creates mess...in sometimes for the consumer...
Please let me know the legal complaint details if anyone has for the companies who sell customer data..for their profits...
I totally agree to you Sir, this company Just Dial keep promising many things and dont even bother to inform us back about the status of it, it is pathetic and sorry figure to see just dial as the number 1 search engine, we are very much upset with it.

I registered my "Chauffeur service company" Party Smart Drivers, Mumbai with Just Dial last May 2009. They had an easy payment option for 1 year contract to advertise with them. So I had to pay 3 months advance lumpsum amount and balance 9months would be in EMI. Total Rs 25, 000. Hence the EMI should have stopped in Jan'10. However I am still being debited emi's as I write this complaint in May 2010. They have overcharged me for 4 months, and I only just realised this issue. my husband is also registered with just dial and he had almost the same experience he had sent a mail telling to cancel his ECS and till one month they just send a mail tht some prson will contact him but tht person always contact in bussiness hours which is very bad and more over they hit ECS on the day which we didnt tell them to and after one and half month of emails my husband sent to [protected]@just dial.com he is asked to come in person and talk to them when they wanted business they came to us and now they want us to come all this is one part the other part is they say they didnt send a confirmation mail about the cancellation and so again hit an ECS when i went to their office they speak as if sending mail is our mistake and we had to come personally to cancel and more over their replay mail always will be" our concerned person will contact you for discussions " when i dont want to continue then y discussions. i had to pay 1400 as penalty to bank because of these people too much now i have decided to put up a case in consumer court and get my 1400 back.because this does not end here they sent a mail stating tht the ECS will be cancelled in feb they behave as if except them no body knows the bank process and how an ECS is cancelled they just mentally torture the customer.when i wanted to speak to their manager they say he is in meeting i was waiting for him from12 pm to 5pm still in meeting i wonder they provide this service after such long meetings.this is heights of patience and so i will this week with all the mails i will put up a case in consumer court.contact [protected]

they will not be able to survive more .

they have made a good source of earning money by cheating like the pick pocketers do

Sir,

On 15.04.2011., your Campaign Head Mr. Akhil Bakshi visited our office and got the above said contract signed with the understanding that the initial commitment of the contract is for a period of 3 months and thereafter looking at the response the undersigned shall be at liberty to continue the contract for further period.

But during the process of getting the papers signed he got some documents signed out of good faith which were not a part of discussion i.e.

1. ECS form.
2. Letter of Acknowledgment.

I came to know about the signing of these papers only after getting the mail and SMS from your office to which I reverted back to him and requested him to return both the papers mentioned above and continue the contract as discussed for 3 months only subject to further renewal if the undersigned is satisfied from the response for which Mr. Bakshi is now giving one reason or the other.

In view of above I had requested you to either make the contract valid for 3 months only as had been discussed and done earlier or return my payment as I was not at all interested for ECS Transaction from my account.

Now after looking at the response of your customer care services I have decided not to avail the services of this type of Company, so you are requested to refund the entire amount of Rs. 4964/- paid to you vide Ch. No. 964179, Dated: 15.04.2011., and discontinue the services with immediate effect.

Kindly treat is most urgent, and revert back your response to me.

Just Dial is a big big fraud, They are lire or simply thief
Service ptovider registered with just dial are fake . They are big fraud and even just dial guys are supporting them, they are helping customer if any service provider did any fruad with customer, just dial dont take any responsibilty . They dont have any mechanism .

Hi I am writing this mail about my service which I Subscribe on 13.09.17 about my Institute NISM -National Institute of skill management for website. I paid 15340/- via online transfer and after they which promise denied for service. first they said that they have team of designer and they will design my website. they will also provide me payment gateway and professional E-mail ID. but neither they design nor they provide. I have all their recording or promising how they ware making me fool or getting time daily.
after that their executive and manager and sales person MR. Bhupender and Saurabh came to me. I show them recording they ask me to mail at [protected]@justdial.com and others senior mail.

I am writing mail daily but they never reply of my mail. Before going to consumer form I want to give one more chance to JUst dial. I suffered financially loss and mentally harassment by Just dial. I am going to consumers form and warning just dial give me my money back with respect otherwise my financial loss and harassment claim have to pay. I know how much harassment I am getting.

for online payment transfer of Rs. 10650/- to get service activated within 24Hours. receipt no is [protected]

Just Dial is a cheating company.
I have been calling your customer care for past 3 months to stop my ECS and closing my business. But it has not solved. I have sent mail to Delhi office too.. Tomorrow I am going to give complaint in police station regarding this. Customer care executives are not responding properly and using bad words. I have recorded the call of everything which I talked to customer care and the sales person who collected my documents.

I have taken a paid advertisement for two years.i made all payment to just dial.i am single handle my business.
For some business opportunity i shifted aboard for one years.

When i communicated my account manager (archana yerale) to stop advertisement .she reply to me as for company policies should not close your advertisement.

But when i have taken advertisement she has given commitment, you can stop your advertisement any time.

now i am in abroad my advertisement is running .i cant attend any call.

Sir, I run an education institute with various types of courses. For the advertisement of my company I have taken Just Dial Service on date 8 of August 2018 by Mr. Arun Kumar. They Promised us a lot with a great confidence. They charged us loads of money and Arrange a ECS For us. But they are not fulfilling their promise. and They are making us only fools. theirs leads are rubbish and not up to the mark. In the starting They said all the categories will come under one roof.But now they are demanding so much money.
Please help us resolve this issue. I want back all money with compensation.I Want my money Back.

This is to inform you that, on 11th Jan 2019 I made transaction to JUSTDIAL of 17699 Rs. (Order ID PU19QUY6IM2QE6E721) for making of website. There is one sales man his name is Tanuj Singla, he offers me one 15% super cash back if I made transaction thru Mobikwik and did commitment to me for provide website as per my requirement. But till the date I did not have my complete website and super cashback.

On the time of payment I told him everything which i required for website and he did promise to provide website as per my requirement, But now when I call to customer support they clearly tell me that they don’t have pattern which I want.


I already did many mails and requests to Tanuj Singla and team, but they failure to solve this matter.


Please provide my website as per my requirement or refund my money.
