Sir I ahve applied for reliance power IPO and 17 shares are alloted to me but till the time it was not shown to my account. Applied through reliance money, they say problem through karvy.

Karvy — Cancellation of Mediclaim

Despite regular follow ups by me on the non issue of insurance policy from National Insurance Co. Health Plan.I was mis guided.I issued the cheque in Aug 2009 but the same was cleared on Dec14th 2009, till date the policy not issued, in my favour.
The receipt no.330978, Application:10J68YC21J.
Cheuqe# 587576 for Rs.8511.00 Corporation Bank Noida Branch.
Written Cancelltion request handed over on 6th Jan 2010.
