I filled up the IPO of Adani Power for 195 share @ 19500 with the applicaion No. 34534920 and alooted me only 74 share on 30/7/2009. So, my refund value is 12100.00 Rs.

Still I am not getting my refund order even after three months

Please let me know what I can do for getting this

Dear Sirs,
It is height of carelessness that one can not imagine. I wrote my first letter on 16-8-09 to which you gave me this very reply(copy attached).Accordingly I sent duly filled in indemnity bonds on 24-8-09 (copy attached).These bonds were sent by Post. On 2-10-09 I sent a 2nd reminder stating that as desired, two indemnity bonds executed on plain Papers to facilitate issue of duplicate warrants in lieu of the lost ones for my Power Grid equity DP ID 12012606 on my folio [protected] were sent by Post on 24-8-09.I have so far not received the duplicate warrants. Please expedite and let me know the progress.
Now today on 7-10-09 you again come to squire one. It gives very poor impression of such sorry state of affairs as if investors are fools.
Try to sort out the issue immediately or else I shall be compelled to lodge complaint to regulatory authorities.
