    The staff behaviour at borivali office is not proper they are behaving with aged persons and also with other people rudely,

      I Pushpa Singh have a dmat account[protected] .For the past few years i have not made any transactions in the KARVY.However i have paid the annual fees for the dmat account on regular basis.Now i have 38 tata motors share and 100 ispat shares in the karvy account and i want to sell it as soon as possible but the KARVY authorities are saying that my account has been closed(dt: 4th aug 2010) since i did not submit the required photocopies of pan card, voters id card etc..
      However no prior information regarding the submission of the necessary documents was stated beforehand by KARVY.I want to sell my shares as quickly as possible.

        Dear Sir at karvy stock broking ltd.,
        I am a karvy customer having trading account and dmat account with Karvy . This account was opened in Kaulagarh branch of Karvy Dehradun. I had brought it to your kind notice that the services provided by the branch are totally unsatisfactory and in fact non-existent. After making many visits to branch, it was promised that some technical person would come to and demonstrate the karvy trading software use. Also regular updates will be given on Stocks related issues.
        What to say of service after opening account and taking a good amount , the people in the branch, not pick the mobile phone despite making many calls and when on the rare occasion the person from Karvy branch pick the phone they talk with attitude when called upon to help.
        The details I have already sent u by my email dated Fri 25 June, 2010.
        I have been requesting for service and finally wrote to you also and my email was forwarded from your customer help to [protected]@karvy.com as follows:

        To: [protected]@karvy.com
        Sir, We have received this complaint from Ms.Sonica Rawat.Client has raised aserious matter pertaining to Kaulagarh Branch.         But I am sorry to say that neither any action taken by you nor your branch has taken any concrete steps to mend their ways. I request to take effective corrective measures as a reputed firm so that I am not forced to close my account with Karvy due to the bad service and non-cooperative attitude of Karvy personnel of the branch at Dehradun. And Please send me a reply on what is being done on the complain and reminders sent to you by my subsequent emails of 6 July, 2010 6:20 AM

        bad services — non cooperation

        Dear sir,
        i would like to draw the kind attn of Reserve bank of india and head of state bank of indore that when i reached to state bank of indore, br.Borlay dist. barwani to get No dues certificate .Branch manager and staff behaved very rudely and denied to provide No dues cerificate. I am a farmer, wanted to get crop loan from Bank of india, Anjad br.
        All banks harasses farmers in giving no dues certificate and used to ask farmers to come after some time .
        Hope it will help to rectify the proble.

        My above request till not completed I want to know the reasons.
        My account was operated till 02/03/2015 but regret to write I have not received the transaction details for the period transaction made I don't know the details of brokerage/Intt and other charges debited from my account on the transaction. No ledger transactions details mailed to me till date. Only messages are received finally on 05/03/2015 to deposit Rs.298024.92 and I paid full Payment + Rs.300000/- on 09/03/2015. On 17/03/2015 my shares jindal steel SQ 1 at 177.00 and SBI SQ 3 at 280.50 with no reason Please clerify my all queries and mail me the same.

          Sir/Madam,

          This is to inform you that Karvy had offered a mediclaim policy under the renowed name of National India Insurance. They had given us a pamphlet stating
          *from the very first day of policy login all the disease except AIDS, Heart Transplant, Knee Transplant, will be covered.
          *pregnancy cover after nine months will be covered.
          *there will be no capping
          *emergency situation will be covered.
          apart from these other few promises were given

          we bought the policy, we got the cards but received no policy bond details or any conditions etc. We asked for the policy but they said its available on the net.. We just relied on there pamphlet and their representative's word. We kept on asking for the policy but got no response.
          Now in an emergency, I got my wife admitted in Metro, informed the agency, and when again contacted the agency they replied, there is a waiting period of three months. They asked me to look for the conditions on net, there is a login password, which I havent recieved yet. So how can i know about condition,. Karvy people are not replying. I am feeling very cheated and frustrated.
          I want to know few things,
          How can a company sell their plans giving wrong information on their pamphelets?
          Can a company say no for the policy hard paper and ask their clients to rely on internet?.
          If this will happen, how can an internet unfriendly people will come to know about the policy?
          Isnt this a proper case of cheating and fraud?
          Please look into the matter, so that these people wont cheat anyone again.

            I applied for pancard through karvy consultants ltd with acknowledgement no-[protected]. When i opened their site for status of my pancard, it was mentioned their that it has been speed posted and airway bill given on it EM[protected]IN dated[protected]. Till today when i dint recieved my pancard i enquired from local postoffice as well as speed post center enquiry center mumbai and also by net enquiry it was found no speed post has been booked. So i request strong action be taken so no other person is harresed. If it is mistake it should be rectified soon.

            Karvy is a TINFC service provider of NSDL. The PAN cards are directly dispatched to the applicants by NSDL and in case the applicant has not received he / she has to contact NSDL and not Karvy.

              I had booked a plot with Karvy Realty promoted as Prudhvi Projects in 2007.

              Initial deposit to book the plot was also made with the understanding that they will begin construction of the project within 6 months and complete within 12 months.

              Till date there is no sign of development of the project and when approached the company representatives say that the actual developer could not get enough amount from booking and therefore is unable to go ahead with any construction.

              They also claim that the deposit made to them was handed over to the developer and therefore they will be unable to refund this.

              I would like to request for your best attention to help a consumer like me save my money invested in a trustworthy company like Karvy and kindly respond to my query at the soonest.

              I am not sure how many people like me are suffering after making initial deposits.

              Even I am a victim of karyrealty. I have made 30% of initial payment for a plot which was promoted by kary Realty called Nano Paradise in 2008. Till now there is no development activities and karvy is refusing to refund the money. It feels very bad that a company like karvy is cheating people and not taking any action against the developer.

                Dear sir,

                Please let me know the procedure of share transfer in case the solo share holder has no 2nd or 3rd holder on record. He died suddenly without an official will but who had made his wish known to all his siblings. There is no dispute in the heirs and are willing to give NOC AFFIDAVIT to make the share transfer possible in favour of the claimant.

                    karvy did not provide our joining latter they provide our joining latter before 10 days.at the time of training they told us you have 2 do 175/day entry and above that entry you will get incentive.as the time passing they do increase our target without incentive,last one month they increased entry 300plus.and now they are saying that you are fired without any notice.and they will not provide our pf as i think.

                    sir whole family depends on me.and i am in hot water , nt getting what should i du?

                        My client has an investment in UTI mutual Fund and is receiving monthly dividend cheques. I submitted an application mentioning that there is no change in Bank mandate details but dividend is required by credit to Bank a/c. To my surprise Karvy is asking for bank details. UTI local office / Karvy local office / Karvy HO have no other explanation for this advise except for asking me to submit bank details again.
                        On my repeatedly mentioning that bank details are already registered including the MICR code in the application form; the only response was please submit bank details again.

                        I understand asking for details & canceled cheque copy is necessary if bank change request is submitted. But asking for confirmation of " no change in bank details !!!" utterly defies common sense. I wonder what would stop them from asking bank details every month.

                        We may all be claiming that India is progressing but are all the MBAs & IIMs (1Cr + salaries) being employed to implement rigid and sense less systems to take India towards greater bureaucracy ?

                          my self sana babu, I taken a new connection on feb 1st week on this number [protected], I ask to active the Plan AES 249 (which 600mins free for local mobile and 200 sms free local mobile and 0.40ps for any local mobile after 600 mins...etc)
                          But he activate the 249 freedom plan (1ps for local A-A and 0.012ps for other mobile ....etc
                          you know abt the total details of this above plans.

                          he activate the FREEDOM 249 Plan instead of AES 249 Plan.

                          Your executive told me to wait till the enquire complete after that we change the plan Still its completed 1 month no Response.
                          and also I Went to Airtel showroom near Banjarahills for the same complaint still Its not happen.

                          I have a proof along with me, which your executive given a xerox copies.
                          I explain your executive total details of the company. If the plan is not applicable why your executive given a wrong information. Its your mistake and your executive mobile no [protected].

                          I want to change my plan FREEDOM 249 plan to AES 249. It your mistake you have are the response.

                            Sir, I made a request to Karvy computershare for redemption of SIP. In their form of redemption I requested for change in bank details with redemption all the details were furnished but they didn't made the changes and credited the money in my old a/c as a result the bank deducted all the charges as the a/c was not operated since one year.

                            when I reached to the regional manager ( karvy computershare ) he said You applied for redemption with change of bank detail. these two thing are diferent one is cash transaction and another is change in bank details as you did not supplied the necessary proofs so we didn't processed for bank change.

                            My Question is if the application was not supported by necessary documents then why they proccessed for redemption they should have kept the form on hold and could have intimated me in Written my corrospondence address is menioned in the folio.he also said I can take action against them.

                            The only reason of this mistake is their staff didn't checked the form properly and punched the application for redemption. and when they saw that they have made a mistake they sent me a letter after making the redemption that your A/c details cannot be changed.

                                I am practising CA in Korba, i really got frustrated by the working style of Karvy Data Management Services Ltd. Korba office because whenever i go to submit pan application there is lots of problem occurred with regard to documents attached with the application it is very ridiculous to state the following points for your kind attention please,

                                1) An applicant stating his address as C/O his/her fathers name & submitting Telephone bill, Electricity bill in the name of his/her father whether it is invalid proof of address, is it mandatory for the applicant to give document in the name of his or her only.

                                2) If a person already having PAN and when he want to change PAN data he is required to tick only that information which is required to be changed and submit proof of with regard to that only kindly confirm whether it is must to submit all information which is required to be submitted at the time of first application.

                                It is requested you to clarify above matter and do the needful in this regard at the earliset.

                                      Karvy computerShare Pvt. Ltd. company located at Madhapur near Image Hospital is unofficially opening the office on public holidays as well and forcing the employees to come to the work in weekends and public holiday as well. If any body didn't obey their orders to come office, next day the managers behave very roodly and misuse their authorities. Since there is recession going on out side the market employees cannot leave the organization. So the management using this to full fill their sadistic dreams.

                                      Treating employees like animals, more ever no apprisals have done from past 3 years.

                                      Some body please pass this message to media channels and help employees to utilize their right.

                                      Recently they announced to come all employees on Christomas day as well to office.
