Death Claim not setteled
This is to inform you that my father Late Mr. Biswajit Saha has purchased a ULIP 10 yrs policy.As UTI people say that now the settelment and all activities is done from Karvy.But neither Uti nor Karvy people are able to give me any concrete answer what has happened for the death claim settelment. i have submitted all the documents at Borivali branch on 8th of March but today is 2nd of june there is no process done from there side.

After his death still the money is not redeemed till day. I am neither able to get any proper answer from the authorities.His folio nos is :[protected]:

I applied for RPower public issue for 45 shares at price 450/- per share with application no. 04791092 alongwith cheque no. 130184 of The SUTEX Co-op Bank ltd, Gopipura, Surat amounting 20250/-.

There was refund amount of 15075/- paid by Karvy ComputerShare. That was deposited by me on 20th March, 2008 in my bank account.

There aren't any shares alloted to my demat A/c No 10811557 of India Infoline (DP Id IN302269).

Now on 12th May, 2008 I received letter from Karvy Computershare for payment of Rs. 1275/- and 12% interest from date 26th Feb 2008 till today 24th may 2008 with allotment of 15 RPower partly paid up shares. The letter was dated 28/03/2008.

How can I pay interest when I applied for fully paid shares and alloted partly paid shares? Also they are saying that there won't be any allocation in my demat till I pay payable amount of 1275/- + 12% interest.

Please help me to solve this problem as there no responce now from Karvy ComputerShare.

I had applied for reliance power shares and refund for the same has not been received by me. I also called Karvy's Customer Care and written mails but received no reply. My Application no. is 88715449. The ECS for refund was rejected due to my bank account name is different. The bank certificate for the same was also forwarded through e mail and courier, but still no communication from their side.

1. I HAD APPLIED FOR 225 SHARES OF RELIANCE POWER IPO ONLINE (APPLICATION NO[protected] THROUGH KOTAKSECURITIES.COM. I WAS ALLOTED 17 SHARES .I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET RS 18565.00 AS REFUND ON 08 FEBRUARY 2008. TILL DATE I HAVENT GOT THE MONEY BACK.

2. ON CONTACTING THE KARVY ON PHONE I WAS NOT ENTERTAINED AND I WAS TOLD TO LODGE THE COMPLAINT THROUGH EMAIL. THE CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN SELF AND KARVY TOOK PLACE AS UNDER:

(A) MY MAIL(DATED 29 APR 08) : THE REFUND HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.
(B) REPLY FROM KARVY(DT 30 APR 08): THE REFUND HAS BEEN SENT TO YOUR BANK AND CREDITED IN YOUR A/C THROUGH ECS ON 08FEB 08
(C) MY MAIL(01 MAY 08): I HAVE CONTACTED MY BANK, THE AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED YET)
(D) REPLY FROM KARVY(05 MAY 08): THE ECS CREDIT HAS BEEN REJECTED AND AMOUNT IN PHYSICAL REFUND HAS BEEN DESPATCHED IN 2ND WEEK OF FEBRUARY 08 . YOU WILL RECEIVE THE SAME SHORTLY.
(E) MY MAIL( 05 MAY 08): THE REFUND SENT IN FEB 08 HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED EVEN AFTER 3 MONTHS .PLZ CHECK THE SAME AGAIN.
(F) REPLY FROM KARVY(06 MAY 08) :THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN CREDITED IN YOUR A/C ON 09 FEB 08 THRU ECS, CONTACT YOUR BANK.
(G) MY MAIL (06 MAY 08): THE AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED IN MY A/C .
(H) NO REPLY RECEIVED FROM KARVY TILL NOW.

I had applied for reliance power IPO under application no.[protected] for 195 shares and made the payment for the same for rs.83850/- through chq. no 288848 dt.15/01/08 of PNB Shajahanpur A/c. no. [protected] against which i had only recived 15 shares for rs.6450/- in my demat a/c. no.[protected]Karvy) and the balance payment i.e. refund of rs. 77400 is still pending for which i had many times asked to mr. Pankaj Khare (Karvy Branch Head Bareilly) and he is not giving proper answers to my comploaints. Kindly look into the matter and help to solve it .

My uncle has applied for the Rural Electrifiction Corp Ltd(IPO) - Application no. 41914323 in the name of Mrs. Kiran Kalra but the application is rejected due to some mismatch in amount realized and provided by the bank. Very recently I had called Karvey Consultant Hyderabad to enquire about form no 26AS (Where individual employees can view their PF and tax details on line) – belongs to TIN-NSDL, since they are one of the member listed in the NSDL to handle the applications on behalf of NSDL.

The phone line was transferred to 4-5 people and none of them not even to understand what is NSDL, It is very disgraceful to deal with such a dirty company and having offices all over India. None of the employee don’t even know what is NSDL and their company is listed as one of the member company to handle on behalf of NSDL, Due to all this still India is called as under developed country.

God only to save Indians.

I am Ambrose Antony and have the DMAT account also. I had been applied for 30 Nos. of reliance power shares in IPO for Rupees Twelve thousand nine hundred but did not get allotment. So that they send the Refund order to me in the month end of February but in the Refund CHEQUE the mentioned my saving Bank A/C in wrong so I could not deposit in my account. Regarding this I talked to my agent and reliance power Mumbai through telephone and they asked me to send the original Refund Order, Client’s Details with covering letter. As their instruction I had sent above to KARVY COMPUTER SHARE PVT LTD. Hyderabad on 23rd February. But from karvy Hyderabad again sent the same Refund Order to me without changing my A/C number. Then again I talked to both my agent and reliance power Mumbai (Tel.[protected]. They asked me to do the same thing again means to send the Original Refund Order, Client’s details with covering letter. So I sent as their instruction on 13th march and also I send mail numbers of time to karvy and reliance with scanned copy of refund order and my details. But after that I did not get any mail and refund order from their side. I don’t know what I have to do in the next. Daily I am calling the reliance power and enquired about this refund order but no output at last. The contact number of karvy Hyderabad which was given by reliance power is always busy and not communicable.

i have not received my refund money through ECS or CHEQUE from last 180 days and i am in touch with karvy HYDERABAD and KOLKATA from last 150 days . but they are only saying that their banker not found any rejection against such ECS .

Dear sirs,
I have applied for reliance power IPO via bid cum application No. 02443025 along with a cheque of Rs. 94, 500/-. This money was debited from my account on 24th Jan. through the cheque no. 198346 dated 16.01.2008, ICICI Bank, Mall Road, Kanpur.

I got 17 shares @ Rs. 430. Therefore, my refund money should be 94, 500-7, 310 (17x430) = 87, 190/- but, i received a cheque of Rs. 18, 565/- only.

I have sent so many mails to reliancepower.[protected]@karvy.com, [protected]@karvy.com and [protected]@karvy .com with all details and proofs. but i never received satisfactory reply.

I have dispatched the original short refund cheque, bank statement and all other documents with a covering letter by speed post on 25th Feb.the reference no. of speed post is EU[protected]N . this letter has been delievered at karvy on 27th of FEb. I have confirmed it from speed post manager, hyderabad.
iam very much tense about my refund. i have submitted all the proofs, then why iam not getting the money. Please, send the refund amount as soon as possible.
even your customer care officers dont respond in good manner and just say that we cant do anything.

you please tell me what should i do? should i go through the consumer court, if you dont have the details of my money or should i go to SEBI.

I would like to inform you that inspite of sending reminders details etc to the Karvy Consultancy I have not yet recieved my refund for the reliance IPO. Its more than a month :

I have sent reminders and reminders. Earlier i used to get reply asking for thsi ifnormation or that, but after sending in all required details I have not recieved any response from their end.
