this is saumya kanta biswal, i would like to inform you that, i had purchase kenstar air conditioner from previous year, now that a.c is not taken load, and you people have not given me proper service, one year only one service, so please call to me, and give me one service immediately, also contact me immediate for immediate services, basically i had purchased from faridabad (next show room) haryana .

I purchased one 1.5 tonne kensatar ac three years back. last week its compressor went out of order as its tripped and stopped functioning. local dealer says it has only one year warrant. could you pls suggest

I purchased one 1.5 tonne kenstar AC one month back.It is not working proparly I have given camplaint on 1/7/10 but Nobody bothers to even enqire about the camplaint from the service centre.
