[Resolved]  Kenstar — Kenstar Cooler is not working

I have purchased Kenstar Double cool DX air cooler on 2007 March. It is not working. I went to the distributer where i purchased. He advised me to contact Kenstar customer care. So please provide me the customer care number and address in hyderabad.

KENSTAR/KENSTAR SLIMLINE AIR COOLER — BROKEN PART NOT BEING REPLACED

A Kenstar Slimline Air Cooler was purchased on 27.04.11 from Kamal Watch Service, R.P. Road, Secunderabad. A broken fin was observed on the same day and a complaint was made to Kenstar Call Centre. It has been over a month and a half and the part has not been replaced until now. Two technicians have attended the problem, the first one just visited the house and promised to return with the replacement part but closed the case without replacing the part. Subsequently after several complaints to the call centre for a month,another technician from a different service centre took the broken part with him and did not return so far, to replace a new one but have closed the case without replacing the broken part. The call centre is of no help and the regional offices do not pick up the calls as they probably do not exist.

The complaint numbers are HYD[protected] dated 04.05.11 (closed without replacing the part) and HYD[protected] dated 08.05.11 (closed without replacing the part).

Will Kenstar authorities look into this substandard after sales service and rectify the problem immediately.

Kenstar — Not working properly & sounds problem

i bought 1 product on your company mixer grinder and guicer their is so many complaint its not working properly and its sound is like a generator its so horrible i compaints many times but ist not resolve its third class product its last complaint no. is GUR[protected] i m fred up this product and i can't suggest to any one to buy this company product.

Kenstar — cooler not working

my cooler is not working. i was gave compliant in 1st week of march. they change some part cooler but is still not working.i give many compliant in near service center. they told me they send mechanic tomorrow. but till today no mechanic come for service

Kenstar — kenstar air cooler water pump is not working

My air cooler motor is not working and i have registered the complaint on 21Jul12 complaint ID GHA[protected] but still no one come to my home to repair the same. on the daily basis i am calling to customer service but the same has not been resolved yet. kindly advise what to do in this case.

I am staying Bangalore. I purchased the Kenstar Vibrant air cooler just two days back and used for a just 9 hours, It stopped working now. I have paid 5800 Rs for the same and i am feeling like i am cheated :( . I called Customer service they said they need 48 hours, just waiting for them to come and fix the issue. But lost the trust on this product.

Problem:
Water pump is not working.
Fan drum is not rotating,
Water leaking out.

Kenstar cooler fan rotating in anti clock wise.is it correct

I purchased kenstar slimline on 29th march 2015, immediately after 2 days its pump stoped working raised complaints and it got fixed after more than a week amazing na.guess what service guy fitted local pump instead of company, which i came to know when again it got stopped march 2016, luckly warranty was there and they replaced after 15 days. Now again on 14apr 2016 it stopped working (roughly 20 days worked) amazing again. Now they asking 1000+250 to replace it. Again i suspect local made installed. I raised complaint on 15 apr 2016 and still awaiting service.compalaint details as below-

Pathetic service... guys please dont buy kenstar. Go for symphony little more cost but reliable and good service. U can get in touch to me on [protected] if need details.
