[Resolved]  Kenstar - Food Processor — Motor smells and make lot of noise

We have also experienced the same problem.When I had launched a complaint & the mechanic visited, he told that this is the normal noise.He could not solve the problem. When we use the food processor then our neighbors use to come to us & enquired about the same.My little baby who is 6 months old awakens from the sleep when we use it.
Can anybody suggest the where to lodge the complaint so that some action can be expected from Videocon.

my complait no GL 339 one month back, last Saturday one technician attended but he did not bring suitable motor so he unable to repair the same, we suffering lot there is poor response from customer care

Worst Food Processor & worst Service by Kenstar Service Center.

Dear Sir,

I had purchased Kenstar - Karishma Food Processor 1.5 years back it is within the warrantee period but not working fine. I have handed-over to Shimoga (Karnataka) Service Center on 9th July. But not repaired at all.
Now not picking the call by Ranganath (Ph: [protected] -Technician) & Area In charge Ph: [protected].

Giving the reason not received the part (lock), It is really worst product & worst service by the company.

Please educate the people not to buy this fraud company's product going forward.
