[Resolved] Kenstar Karishma Multi Processor — damaged bush | |
Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased a kenstar multiprocessor model no. MF0808 on 15/02/09 from big bazaar, chinchwad, Pune which has a warranty for 2 years but till today the jar bush had got damaged 3 to 4 times & every time we do complaint with your customer care they send engineer & he changes the bush every time but again the same problem is repeated. We are also having problem with this model..when we turn on the mixie it didn't start...we went to a repair shop then it worked...again its not working...now we really got fed up with repairs and lost hope on this...unfortunately we lost the warranty card also :(
