dear sir here is our product prchased by "manoranjan"kota rajasthan dated14dec2005kenstar microwave owen model no. is 34 ecr cost was 15700/rs. its pcb is gone .so we want either it repaire or replace.we complend at ur customercare center and beforethat we send our product to ur service center at kota rajasthan .here they hold it three months after they return without any repair.this matter is started before 8months we r totaly frusted and mentaly disturbed.so we want u help us and solved ou r problem our complent no.is jai [protected].sir i hope u solve the problem .sir we r also sending a copy to "cnbc awaj .com" pahradaar.and i am also sending a notice to u regarding this matter
