Kingfisher — my ticket auto cancel by ibibo careless..

i am ticket booked 19th jan2012 amount 11456debited but ticket was not conformed due to ibibo to airline miscommunication that is why my ticket automatic cancelled but i dn"t known ticket auto cancelled .i am went bharuch to mumbai airport on 23jan at the time only i known my ticket was auto cancelled. Another one my amount not transferred to ibibo to kingfisher but till date my amount not recovered.;
