Sir/Madam,
Subject: Compliant regarding unfair baking practice and poor services.

I, Sukhwinder Singh, current account holder in your one of the bank branch, which is situated at East Patel Nagar, New Delhi – 110008. My Current A/c No. is [protected]. I want to draw your kind attention on this matter. I am practicing company secretary and advocate by professional and I am running my current account in East Patel Nagar Branch since November, 2012. On 6th July 2013 East Patel Nagar Branch Deducted Rs 1685.40 as an AQB Non Maintenance and on 21st July NEFT April – June 13 AQB Below 75 PC Rs 8.43. When I saw my Current Account Bank Statement I really shocked. When I open my account that time Bank Account sales executive of East Patel Nagar Branch said that “Sir Kotak Bank Provided Special ZERO Balance Account to Professional’s and all services are free for you as well as you are not required to maintain AQB. As per my knowledge Mr. Veneet opened by current account and Mr. Manikant Roy and Mr. Rohit Khanna Bank Manager also deal with same. Last week I meet Jitender Arya (Manager) and He said that sir at the time of opening you current account, bank officers forget to mention NMC waiver code that’s why Branch deduct such amount. It is not my mistake, so why should I bear these charges. It is Civil wrong and Malafide practice by East Patel Nagar Brach Employees. Please take strict action against Mr. Vennet and Mr. Manikant Roy and refund by deducted amount as soon as possible. If possible for you please mention NMC waiver code in my account because I want to maintain good relations with Kotak Mahindra Bank. I expect you to look after the matter and do as needful to resolve the matter within a week of receiving my compliant if you are unable to resolve my matter within a week then I had to go for civil relief in court and also file consumer grievance complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank in Consumer Court.

I purchased a maruthi 800 car bearin no TN 43 B 8475, through hire purchase through Mahendra finance Ooty brach office, and I was paying my monthly due. Due to some difficulties I was not able to pay the last 3 dues and the vehicle was seized by the staff of Mahindra finance office 3 weeks ago.
I went to the office and requested them to keep the vehicle for the time being till I would be able to settle the arrears to release the vehicle for which the office staff agreed to do so.
As I am planning to settle the amount on or before 5ht of May, 2008, I kindly request to inform your Ooty branch staff to keep it in pending till the above said date and not to threaten by asking the RC book of the vehicle.
Kindly note the audio set worth of rs 8500/- is still in the car which had been fixed by me separately

Kotak Mahindra Bank — Phone Banking

Dear Sir,

I have done a phone banking on 3April 09 ref no [protected]&ref no [protected] still today the amount

as not transfered as per my request when call the coustomer care they keeping giving false reasons

and dates please understand my position. Doing banking in this kind bank is nothing but welcoming

unneccesary risk.i shall wait for reply?

My name is Neeraj Kumar and my a/c is in kotak mahindera bank A/C no ([protected]). my concern is that abt Axis bank that I withrwal 3500 on 1st Dec 2011 but i got 1900 Rs. I complained abt this matter but after 7 days i got a revert from Kotak mahindera
that you will not get remain amount because Axis bank dening for it and saying that transction was successful . But i did not get complete bal and after that i talked with kotak mahindera but they are not giving any response abt this matter . Axis bank location where i withdrawl sec.62 rashulpur Nawada NOIDA G.B Nagar (U.P).

Sir now i am very Distrub plz some help me and check all this matter .
