[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Credit Card — NON RECEIPT OF CREDIT CARD AS ON 20TH OCTOBER'08

I received a SMS alert on 13th October 2008, from KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER CARE DEPARMENT THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD IS ON ITS WAY VIDE AWB NO [protected] sent by Express IT Courier. The SMS said that I should recieve the same within 4 working days.

As the same did not reach me as on 18th October 2008, I went to their Begumpet ( Prakash Nagar )Office at Hyderabad, which also shifted to some other place, without mentioning the place, where they have shifted. Anyhow after I located them, they said that the above said AWB is with their TARNAKA BRANCH and gave their branch no. No one is lifting the phone as on today, i.e.; 20th October 2008 .

Hence, I would request the concerned department to do the needful .

Yes, I strongly agree the above mentioned notes. Even the issue is same with me they never answer calls on[protected], 38504905 . Are they running a courier service or a gas stations. Useless people. My AWB number is [protected]. Dude can you please give me tarnaka adress if you have it with you.

NON RECEIPT OF CREDIT CARD AS ON 16th dec, I received a SMS alert on 05th dec 2008, from KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER CARE DEPARMENT THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD IS ON ITS WAY VIDE AWB NO [protected] sent by Express IT Courier. The SMS said that I should recieve the same within 4 working days.

As the same did not reach me as on 09th december 2008, I went to their indranagar Office at bangalore, they said that the above said AWB as been send back to bank the courier person has never gave a call No one is lifting the phone as on today, i.e.16th dec 2008 .

Hence, I would request the concerned department to do the needful .
I gave requested for balance transfer on 08 Dec 08 but till 20 dec 08 I did not received my BT though my due date was 16 Dec 08. I got the massage from bank that draft has been despatched on 13 Dec 08 through express IT vide ABw No.[protected].I contacted to express IT and told the urgency of draft but the courier person did not come to my residence for delivery. Lastly on 20 Dec 08 at 1615 hrs I personally collected from their office.The draft was lying since 15 Dec 08 at their office.I was contacting daily for my draft but there was no result/response from the courier agency.I was charged by ICICI bank for the failure of due date.This was the first transaction with your bank.How I Will believe in your bank for next transaction.I told the express IT that I will go to consumer court for your late delivery as I have been fined by ICICI bank.I Hope you will take the corrective measure against courier agency. I have received call from[protected] number. Telecaller name is RAMA . She offered me credit card without documents.I surprised what she's saying .I asked why you want to give me credit card. She said its a month end pressure, she will prepare the documents on my name .

I have applied for kotak credit card on 18-Feb-2010. Your People had sent a confirmation mail immediately. But I did not receive any call from customer care regarding my credit card application. Please go through the process.

I ve provided proper documents and completed verifications properly too..

Im waiting for 40 days and receiving a communication from you saying "Unable to provide your Credit Card"..

Im not sure what does this mean.. I already possess 3 credit cards - ICICI, SBI and HDFC..

I never asked for a card with your bank.. The customer care executive by name - Raman ([protected]) compelled me to apply for the card. Im wondering how you people are cheating customers with good bank profile like this saying false promises and false commitments..

After questioning the customer care executives and getting assurance from them that I ll get the card definitely only, I accepted to apply for the card.

Do you think Im sitting idle here to do all processing and to get a negative reply from your sides..

Im greatly disappointed with the reply I ve received..

No bank has cheated like this.. Bad treatment for customers from your bank..I need an immediate solution to my problem so that I get my card at any cost...

Im ready to provide any required documents for card that you ask for

I also need the email address of the credit cards division head person who can take a immediate action for my problem..

Yes, this bank is very nasty bank, when ever they are giving the card they only come to our foots, once the card is received means they put that charges, this charges, waste fellows, don't take credit cards...
