Iam Insured my policy at kotak life insurencse ihave recived one booklet at comany i have no recived any type of Bond .I dont know wha about document ihave received please exxplain the breafilyin my policy documents which i concerened my policy no-1598827.
Where used in my AWB No issue it my concerned.so please explain breafly. about document and AWB No.

this is dr.gagan from haryana; i had taken this policy in 2007 and my policy no.is00967807, policy agent told me that time your policy will retun you 62000 rupees after 3yrs, and i deposited 15000 per yr. but after 3yrs he told me that your surrender value is 38000 only, now he told me that you have to continue this policy till 5yrs, what should i do.plz me out. mobile-[protected], email [protected]@yahoomail.in

I wish no one should go for this...
1st of all i wanted to take policy for 3 or 5 years only for tax saving (80C)
Kotak RM give me this policy amount of 20000 /pa for 10 year and told me that you can withdraw this after 3 years if you don't want to continue you will get your total investment + sum bouns surely. but the seen is defrent after 3 years, means just yesterday i went to submit surrender form that time i get to know that i will not getting any benifits from 1st year investments !!! BULLSHIIT !!! i am saying forget about benifits let give me my money back atleast 60000 what i paid. they told me that i am getting around rs 39000 only. i don't undestand what the hell is happening???

i am not expacted any explanation on this mess! just wanted to awairness for policy holder...
again i will say !!!This policy is really !!!

I am receiving call stating that the current fund position is not worth continuing with the plan. Instead I am advised to invest worth Rs.20, 000/- in govt bonds through either Reliance insurance or some other insurance company. Then after issuing the chq worth Rs.20, 000/- I would be in a position to achieve an amount equivalent to Rs. 1.11.000/- in next 180 days as my net fund value.


What should I do? I have chosen for this investment for a long term.
