They promised me paid sevice and AMC valid for two years or 20,000 kms from the date of issue whichever is earlier.They did provide sevicing at 40,000 and 50,000 kms. But last week when I was away from LKO to pune in a meeting and I sent my car for servicing on 26.11.2009 by my driver at 59958 KMS, they refused AMC and sevicing. Mr Jitendra Yadav who was making the job card told me that they will not provide servicing under AMC. And when I asked the reason he informed me that they give only two services in this AMC. However in the AMC card which is with me, there is no where written that they will provide only two services. When I purchased the AMC they told me catogorically that they will provide services till 60,000 kms running and all maintainence. Also the card "terms and conditions" columns says" VALID FOR TWO YEARS OR 20,000 KMS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE WHICHEVER IS EARLIER. So by no means my AMC is expired. To my shock they even did not did alignment of the wheels when I requested on phone. They said it will be paid. Now if a PAID SERVICE AMC can not provide maintainence sevice and alignemnt then it is cheating. I dont have time to go to consumer court so I thought to bring this to company notice so that further nobody can be cheated. Further I have not got serviced my vehiche till date and I am using my other vehicle. I will like to see what policy and action company takes then I will service my vehicle from some other workshop.
