Bad Movers- not relay on them - I moved my household items.. All electrical items got broken, no insurance paid...no proper support, they will not take calls at all.. does not support as well-

My household items got delivered from Hyderabad to Bangalore on Saturday (3rd July 2010). I paid Rs. 4500 (3% of value worth Rs. 1.5 lakhs) as insurance. I was assured that I would get insurance if anything happens to any of the items.
Unfortunately, my microwave oven was delivered with the front glass broken. It has been two days and I have not got any call for the insurance. I would want to escalate this matter if there is no action at all. The GC Note no. given in the receipt is 1459, Bill no. is 257.

Kuber logistic packers and movers is a good company...I hv sent my house hold and car from pune to Delhi...i got separate vehicle for move and finally after 4th day...got my whole items safely...its all over india service based company..
really bad support... all house items are not moved properly, Not at all professional people.
