[Resolved] Kuber Logistics Movers & Packers — Worst service ever | |||
I shipped my bike from bangalore to delhi. And it was ‘nightmare’. I was convinced that i lost my bike and other stuff. Thank god at last moment i got it (With dents though). Professionalism – 1 out of 5 – person who picked up my bike at bangalore gave me his delhi contact number and asked me to deal with him. Delhi contact says why am i calling him. He says talk to bangalore guy as he took delivery. What a joke. Pick up guy and delivery guy demanded tip as if it was their right. On time delivery – 1 out of 5 – they promised to deliver in 7 to 10 days. But they took 22 days. Worst part is starting 12th day, they kept saying goods would be delivered next day. It forced me to wait and call them every day. Condition of good delivered – 1 out of 5 – bike was delivered with two dents on oil tank. My new thunderbird became old. Sad. I have also heard similar things from my friend who got his stuff shipped via these guys.

They are fraud, cheaters and only tell lies, all my items were damaged while shifting from Pune to Bangalore .I don't know whom to complain. My worst night mare came true when i wanted to locate their so called head office and got to know that they opetrate from different names and Kuber Logistics never existed in Bangalore.
I called up their mumbai office. I wanted to shift from Goregaon east (near to Oberoi mall) to Jogeshwari east (Near to JVLR road) which is just 5kms.
(From 12th floor to the 7th floor).
I wanted to move one almirah and one mattress. The representative quoted a price of Rs.5000. I said its too high.
He responded "We are professional" and hung up the call.
These people need to learn what exactly is professionalism. Just charging high price isn't professionalism.
They need to know how much their competitors are charging.

Kuber movers and packers are really horrible !! My friend took their service. They not only broke the sofa, side table but also some of kitchen accessories were missing . Even when they were packing it was pathetic!...so Please only refer them to your enemies...whom you really...really hate !!!

I just shifted my household goods from mumbai to jaipur though kuber logistic movers and packers.I recieved my all household goods in good condition as those are at mumbai.i really faced quality service from them.

I move my household from mumbai to bangalore was made so much easier by Kuber Logistic movers & packers . I had a great moving crew to assist me who did a excellent job assuring that my things were not damaged in the transition. I would recommend their moving service to anyone who needs moving services.
Awful is the Word to describe my terrible experience with Kuber. Bangalore to Mumbai in 9 days after committing 3-4 days in a direct truck.delivered after may be 100 phone calls. Many breakages. I cannot think of a worse service provider than Kuber. Arrogant, unprofessional staff, in all places - Mumbai, bangalore, chennai.
They delivered my house hold goods in a small tempo which is unfit to transfer house hold goods. Moreover, the tempo guy left my goods in the parking area and went away. I have to gather some people who can shift from there to my flat in first floor.worst worst and stupid people. please dont go with these packers.no responsibility nothing.They will be very polite until u give them 80% of money.Later they wont pick your calls.very arrogant staff.finally i received damaged goods

I had booked all my household items from Bangalore to Coimbatore through Kuber Logistic Movers and Packers. The service was excellent and they used people with the right skill sets and also used good quality boxes and good packing material to pack our house hold stuff. The price was slightly on the higher side, but the quality compensated for it. The stuff was delivered safely to my place on next day. Kuber Logistic Whole team very nice and all the talent person.
Its surprising that suddenly on 25th April there were 7 reviews on Kuber Logistics most of them having Bangalore or Mumbai as one of the location. It seems they are trying to mislead public by putting all these reviews themselves or by pushing people to write good about them. you will notice all are 5 rated where as earlier people had rated them 1. Beware of such people. Its a sincere advise.

TERRIBLE service. I was lucky enough to read these reviews before i sent my stuff with them! There is zero co-ordination in the company - i had to speak to 6 different people every time i called.. no follow ups were done with any person that i spoke to. so nobody would take responsibility for any previous commitment. They were very prompt in collecting the token money, etc, but when it came to delivering the service, i had to call and call and call before some new person would give me his 'valuable' time. Hardly someone you can trust with your precious things. Very badly organised, right from the beginning, and it was my good fortune that i realized this and acted upon it before i sent my stuff with them. I've instead gone with Writer Packers India..
Within Bangalore we had relocated our belongings; we approached Kuber logistic movers & packers. We are satisfied with their services, 4 - 6 people came for loading and unloading, and the charges were around Rs.34000, glad that none of the things were damaged.
My load was packed on 22nd of MAY at 11-17hr.and dispatched on repetitive calls on 25th May at 00:30hr. to Bangalore, with 6 items missing.
Those items till date not dispatched, not even intimated.
You responded only, when I call for my rest of luggage.
Think over… your service.
Your people take/demand tips::: even after this sort of service.
