Kyazoonga — No Refund for Payment Despite Written Communication | |||||
I had booked 3 spaces for an event named Godrej EON (cycling event) through kyazoonga.com, for which I have the transaction proof, paid on 5th October 2012. However, the event was postponed by the organizers, due to which I could not participate in the same. Despite being assured verbally as well as in writing through email communication by kyazoonga.com's customer service, they have not refunded the amount (INR 3,522.47/-). Despite several reminders, kyazoonga.com's customer service only provides a new incident number and does not send me the refund payment. As the amount is nominal considering that kyazoonga.com has several transactions on a regular basis, they have failed to refund the amount in a timely manner, have provided no follow up on the same and seem to be hoping that the matter is forgotten altogether. As on 12th June, 2013 (9 months after the original booking and a request for the refund), they have not replied with any confirmation for a refund; they merely provide new incident numbers. Kyazoonga — Delayed Delivery with Broken Products
I ordered for 2 World cup special cups on 1st Feb from website Kyazoonga.com. I received the cups 1 month later in first week of March 2011 which were completely broken. I have already sent them reminders thrice and even complained through their helpline which i luckily managed to get through after holding for 30 min. Till date they have not refunded or replaced the damaged products. I would recommend no one to use this website for any products or merchandise.
