I m very dissatisfied with the service provided by lg, it's worst, after servicing the tv by the technicans, the same problems arises after 2/3 months.I will never recommend to my friends to buy any brand of lG.
LG — wrong calls
sir, we are getting many wrong calls from icici bank hyderabad main branch.we said so many times to them this is wrong number but they are calling daily and sending messages.pls tell them not to call.my mobile no is [protected]LG : COLOR TV — Problem with Brand new TV
I purchased one 21” color TV set of LG Make (Model: 21 FU8RGE), on 9/8/2009 from M/S Vijay Sales, Satara Road .On the very next day, I observed problem in the screen - one line with variation in brightness / contrast appearing, in the top portion of the screen, whenever the TV is turned on. It becomes much prominent after 20-25 minutes.
Hence I contacted your Customer care & booked complaint of the above problem ( I was provided with a Request ID W9C81104154 ! ). Accordingly a service engineer visited today & informed that there is a problem with one of the electronic component (some IC part). The same will be attended / replaced within 4-5 days time.
After two days your service person visited back & replaced one component. He informed that the problem willl get slowly diappeared within next days (VERY FUNNY !!)
The problem is still unresoved & as it is.
It is very much frustating experience with LG's product. I will surely not recommend any one for purchasing LG products.

colour t.v. — component problem
I have purchased a colour t.v. CS 21B 500 HL . Product Sr. No. 134032AS8024492 from UNIQUE ELECTRONICS AND GIFT CENTRE, NEW TEHRI.At the time of purchase i have been told that there is a unique feature in my t.v. named component,.that system is not workin in my t.v.. Hi,I have bought a LG colour TV 14" inch in las t year 24th May'09. last year from October it was getting automatically switched on/off. i had logged a clal for service a engineer has come for repair. after a week same problems was getting then again logged a call for repair engineer has come they repaired but problem still persist in my TV. i have done a mistake after bought a TV from LG. again I logged a call on 13th Apr'10 but haven't heard anything till date.

L G — DAMAGED WASHING MACHINE SENT 5 TIMES
We purchased a washing machine from Sargam in east patel nagar on 27/9/2010. In the last 3 weeks 5 defective/damaged machines were delivered at our address. All the machines were sent back the very same day. A complaint regarding the same. When we tried to approach the LG people regarding the status we were in for a rude shock. Not only did the refuse to deliver the machine but also put the refund on hold for next one month.we desperately request you to help us here.
