I bought an LCD TV from reliance digital and was commited a delivery the next day. Sure enough - Much to Reliance reputation the delivery team never came and my idea of gifteing a TV to my Pop- in - law was a wash out.

I was commited by the sales guy that the TV will be delivered by 7PM and when i called the helpdesk i was told standard delivery timelines ar 2-3 days???

Never enter Reliance digital - they are a pack of wolfs

I hav recd the msg from vodafone regarding the winning of Toshiba End of year promo UXA draw 347 T $ 500,000 & LCD TV / Pentium Laptop. Pls confirm me whether this is correct or not.

LCD TV — Not returning the Remote controller

Dear Sir,
My remote was not working and I directly report it to authorized service center in Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta Distt. (M/s. Associates…. or Associated I don’t remember the full name of this bad service center near to cross junction, Thiruvalla) one technician came and immediately identified remote is not working and informed me you need to buy new remote and it will cost you 950 Rs. I said please arrange to repair it, then he took it to his service center and next day when I go there he told me, we cant repair it and you need to buy new one, I told him no problem return my remote let me try to repair in another service center, they said you need to pay us 1200 Rs. I ask him why?, he said it is home call service charge, I said our home is just 4 km from your shop and 1200 Rs is very high and you are not capable to repair it, when I question them they start to behave me very bad and reduced to 550 Rs, still I said No, I pay only 100 Rs as he did not repair anything and your service center people are not capable to repair my fault then why should I pay?, The people in this service center Mr. Shaji and Mahesh both are very rude with customers and they are squeezing the customers for nothing and they are spoiling the reputation of branded companies like Videocon, Finally they informed I have to pay 350 Rs and no more bargain, Mr. Shaji said if you don’t pay we will break your remote controller?!!!, I don’t accept their offer and I return back to home and reported the same complaint to your toll free number 2 times and no action is taken yet. I humbly request you to take necessary action or proper inquiry regarding this subject about this bad service center and anticipating your replay. I am an NRI, I came for a short emergency leave for 10 days only and I hadn’t enough time to go behind this issue. Please do necessary to get back my remote, Please note now nobody is there in my home only my nephew stays their and he use to comes and go as he is working in Cochin for any dealing in Kerala plese call him on his mobile [protected], Sibi ,my number in Doha +[protected].

LCD TV — Complaint not addressed

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a AMC with a service center of my LCD (32" - Sansui TV) and its been 1 month since the complaint is logged. Everytime i get reply saying that the part is not available and will come from Aurangabad. Now even on a proper working day even the supervisor is not responding to my call.

LCD TV — Cheque has bounce without my mistake

I my really harass with this loan bcz without my mistake company has charge me some penalty. Bcz they say me that ur ECS or EHS form has rejected by bank, but when i reach my bank then they told their is some error are done by your loan company and we r helpless. and after this plz contact ur loan company?
this session i have lot of drama regarding my loan, so plz help me to solve this problem.

LCD TV — COLOR BRIGHTNESS

I HAD PURCHASED 3 LCD TVS ALONG WITH THE HOME THEATER. THE SONY CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS WORST SERVICE I HAD EVER SEEN EVEN AFTER CALLING TO THE CUSTOMER THEY SAY THAT THE ENGINEER WILL REACHED AT OUR PLACE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF WORKING DAYS , BUT YET THERE 48 HOURS ARE NOT COMPLETED.
PLSSS PLSSSS IF THERE ARE ANY SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS PROVIDE US .............
I also have a Sony Home theater. I have left it unsed as the Sony Service Centre help line is totally unresponseive! Avoid Sony --- do your research and buy!
I purchased a Reliance Reconnect LCD with in 2 years problem occurred and Display was completely blank, some how I got is fixed by following up to Reliance resq however the problem was not completely fixed, again I took my LCD to resQ center in Malleswaram and this time it was out of warranty and they informed me that repair will be chargeable, I agreed to it and they gave me a repair quotation which was more than a new LCD.

I had purchased the LCD for 18K and repair charges were 20.5K.

I was stunned and went and enquired the latest price same model was not available but other model was in Market and new LCD cost is 19.5K.

I informed this to resQ center Manager he was so adamant that he told me to purchase a new one.

In Short Never Ever Go for Reliance Product. I have lost my hard earned money, I just want you Guys to be aware.

Service is very very very very poor.

I can say its F... service of Reliance.

I am frustrated as I have lost my money and now LCD is of no use as even Local mechanic are not ready to repair it, as they are not able to get the required parts.
