[Resolved]  Lenovo — Lenovo complaint

I have give my Lenovo idea pad S10, SN EB10020238, Model: 4231 to Lenovo Authorized service centre, Hitech informatics Pvt. ltd. # 6-3-1186/A/4,S Building, Hyderabad on dated 15/Jan/2010 with the case ID L01F00HD (ONE KEY RESCUE for RESTORE TO FACTORY DEFAULT, which comes under warranty). But, still the status is pending. And every time I getting a new date to collect the laptop forms your service centre. I had send email to lenvo ([protected]@lenovowarranty.co.in) on dated 28 Jan 2010 and make phone call to Lenovo costumer care no[protected]; [protected]/2 regarding the same but I have not receive any reply/help from them.
Kindly help me regarding the same

i bought a lenovo a526 mobile on nov 2014 few months its works well after that i download some apps like mx player and uc browser..after that some screen ads displayed on screen when i open any apps, named applight lenovo like that and next thing is some settings not working my phone got blinding i cant use my phone and i cant see the incoming calls...pls help me any lenovo support guys pls call me [protected]
hi sir i purchased lenovo A6000 Plus from online flipkart on month of july . Is warest phone how u people made like this phone so many problems in phone automatically swicthing and more over hanging the phone is waste. please don't purchase the lenovo phones its my humble request

No vedio output of sound
Audio output is like China Mobile
No pictures clearity..
And when I hv gone to customers care for headphones exchange they said come after 20 days minimum.. No software updates facility in care services ...no one is proper person to talk with us in care ..
Friends there is my suggestion don't take any products of lennovo ..they can't provide us best services ...don't take

Actully, I have purchased one "Lenovo A6000+"on dated 28.7.12 by flip

kart & I am very much pleased to have such a nice piece of

mob.

After some days ( near about 14.12.15) I found some problem in

touch. I handedover to "z plus mobile galary" Service centre at

Bharuch. They gave me back my instrument (PCB CHANGED &

GOT repaired).

But its IMEI Nos(both) changed from old nos.

MY OLD IMEI NOS. WERE (1) [protected]

MY NEW IMEI NOS. WERE (1) [protected]

(2) [protected]

NOW WHAT TO DO ? IT IS OK

OR NOT.

I AM ATTACHING BOTH DOCUMENT FOR YOUR REFERENCE.

IT WILL BE BATTER FOR ME, IF YOU TAKE PROMPT ACTION.

I AM IN TENSION ABOUT THIS MATTER.

Worst LENOVO support teem - its a shame

I have purchased recently LENOVO mobile - some times its asking software upgrading - if we have done - from that day u r problems has been started-...

for ex: I have done up- gradation A5000_S124_151118_8G_ROW
the problem is who ever will call or we will call, we are unable to see his name and photo

( for this problems you go directly and type above up gradation number then u can see the lot of customers different type of problem )
So,
I sincerely - saying and suggesting to support team - i[censored] people know then only ask for up gradation for LENOVO CUSTOMERS - other wise don't do

I bought lenovo k3 note on 08dec2015, bt within 3 weeks its touch screen is not working, . i given the phone to customer care centreon 29/12/2015, that time they told that mobile will get within one week. bt on 05/01/2015, i called them and asked about the phone, but the response was not good and they told it will take one more week. totally disappointed witservice

I have purchased Lenovo K3 note from Filpcart in month of August 2015. Since last few weeks I m facing problem in touch screen(one particular area on touch is not working). so that I have submit my cell phone to Lenovo authorised service centre in kalyan (Technotronics technologis).
there is two weeks already passed, but still they have not taken any action for my cell phone, I have called 5 times and they are giving me reason that the Lenovo dose not have stock for touch currently.

I think that Lenovo is a big brand and it should not take too much time to repair it's cell phone. kindly take action on urgent basis. please contact me on below mentioned details.

as mentioned above ticket no .I got problem to my new lenevo laptop it was just 1 month fresh stock .I called many 1800...toll free numbers ..but it is delayed Lot ..and still continued ..was never expected this kind of horrible pain .frustration service in my life
.hoping lot it will get well good soon other wise going crime branch for frustration and consumer court for cheating ..

I have purchased Lenovo Tablet W/ VE13217/LENOVO on 17.12.2014 though Flip Cart.com
till date your product got dead 3 times...2 times i have repaired through your service center each time have lost my all DATA . now its 3 rd time again your product got dead on 17.03.2014 while working.
i lost my whole data as usual. and i have got heavy loss due to loss of data.

Please be inform you that we are facing repairing issue last 2 month of my Lenova mobile. Which is covered on warranty period till 13 May 2016.

I have also visiting your service center at (Sunny building) many time( 3 time drop and 3 time pick my mobile), which is situated at Tank road Jaipur. This center new shifted from Sanchar Chand road to Tonk Road at Jaipur.

This issue currently is not resolved by your service center.

Your service center service is so poor from my perspective.

Can we accept to you that my this issue will be close by your end now please.

We have purchased lenovo k3note mobile on 08/09/2015, videos not playing well, during video playing few seconds getting struck and some images are also looking blurry and no clarity. we expected a lot on lenovo product.but due to this problem we are disturbed and suppressed we didn't think within 6 months we would suffer with this lenovo product, so please solve immediately my lenovo k3note mobile problem.Invoice date :09/09/2015, Serial no.[protected].
