I have give my Lenovo idea pad S10, SN EB10020238, Model: 4231 to Lenovo Authorized service centre, Hitech informatics Pvt. ltd. # 6-3-1186/A/4,S Building, Hyderabad on dated 15/Jan/2010 with the case ID L01F00HD (ONE KEY RESCUE for RESTORE TO FACTORY DEFAULT, which comes under warranty). But, still the status is pending. And every time I getting a new date to collect the laptop forms your service centre. I had send email to lenvo ([protected]@lenovowarranty.co.in) on dated 28 Jan 2010 and make phone call to Lenovo costumer care no[protected]; [protected]/2 regarding the same but I have not receive any reply/help from them. Nerver ever go for Lenovo product (based on my personal experience and also from friends exp..), Since I bought my Lenovo K3 Note in last Nov 2015, I have been facing multiple issues like over heating, signal not recognizing properly, etc... I have given this to service in Jayanagar 4th block, lenovo service center twice for above mentioned issues, but no proper response from these guys and no proper service also. I got this delivered today to my home, but still i am facing signal detecting issue, this is worse than basic sets..

I updated my Lenovo vibe p1 last week to marshmello. Since then my mobile start misbehaving drastically in terms of performance. Mobile is slow, interface is opening multiple apps without request, battery is down with normal 1 day use, charging time is increased from 1:30 to 3 hrs, mobile is hanging and response time is too slow. In a complete words I am fed up with this mobile now...what to do?

laptop lenovo G5070. SR NO : YB05134375.
I have face the some problem in my laptop so given on 20.04.2016 service centre at surat.
after 25 days they are not given any reply to us. they asking to no parts available in our comp.
so sir how many days i wait for my laptop. please take action immediately. bcoz my work is pending.

I purchased lepe on sep 2014. From last 2-3 days mouse pad is not working properly and lepe is under warrnty so plz check it what is the main issue regarding mouse. heating and week network any time, network problem

They are biggest scammers, i have been cheated but i want the world not to be cheated by them know they do scam TV channels are reporting to them my lenovo K3 Note Smart phone dose not working properly his purchasing date is[protected] also in warranty period.

I am using vibe p1 then I update O's new version successfully installed but many problems your new version some body mistake

I have given my latop to Hitech informatics for hard disk repair which is under warranty. Till date i havent received any feedback from them reg repair status even after too many follow ups. They keep telling me only one thing that they have to receive the part from Lenovo. Its been more than 3 weeks. Both the service center and Lenovo are not bothered to address the customer issue.
