[Resolved]  Lenovo — Lenovo complaint

I have give my Lenovo idea pad S10, SN EB10020238, Model: 4231 to Lenovo Authorized service centre, Hitech informatics Pvt. ltd. # 6-3-1186/A/4,S Building, Hyderabad on dated 15/Jan/2010 with the case ID L01F00HD (ONE KEY RESCUE for RESTORE TO FACTORY DEFAULT, which comes under warranty). But, still the status is pending. And every time I getting a new date to collect the laptop forms your service centre. I had send email to lenvo ([protected]@lenovowarranty.co.in) on dated 28 Jan 2010 and make phone call to Lenovo costumer care no[protected]; [protected]/2 regarding the same but I have not receive any reply/help from them.
Kindly help me regarding the same

Lenovo laptops sucks!!! Why do u put iron hinge between plastic cases to rotate screens .. it gets detached every month ..i have spend 4k money to repair this G50 and again it gets detached! and to add this at lenovo centers u put ######## like one in heerapana mall powai... who thinks they are managers of a big company and try to counter with customers with their street managerial skills thinking customers are illiterate.

I bought a lenovo vibe k5 plus mobile on 6th October 2016 in pune from flipkart.
After 4 months only i am facing many issues of heating, not updating and touch screen.
I can not even type. So I visited nearest customer care in pune at null stop, they told me that it can not be recovered under warranty as there were some small scratches on the mobile (They called as Dent). I called toll free number as well and customer care were not ready to share the photographs of the phone as well. So I request you all to not to buy any product of Lenovo because of their poor service and faulty products.

I request all to come forward and to save the masses and prohibit company like Lenovo to come into Indian market. They are just selling scrap.

It is rather unfortunate that I received a call form your service center Ghaziabad on Friday informing that they have found traces of some liquid inside the the phone set. This has not been pointed during the opening the set at the time of submitting the set. This is mere an excuse a company like Leonvo is making to the customer just for Rs.11, 000 /- set. This is rather very ridiculous act and and breach of trust. No company can afford to do it to the customer.For the last two days I am trying to contact the service center but no one is picking the phone. Thay have adopted the tendency to harass the customers instead giving services.Please, arrange to settle down my case immediately and arrange to give me the replacement of my phone.

I am not getting any status for the last 10 days.

Also provide me your Phone No so that I can directly talk to you.

Since the mobile has developed a hardware problem related to PCB the mobile
is no more reliable for Guarantee. I require full replacement of the mobile

I regret to inform you that while purchasing a Mobile form your esteemed
group Lenovo ( Model No. Lenovo ZUK-Z1 ), it was a very bad experience. I
would suggest no one to purchase such Mobiles. I have face following
problem.

1..Apparatus purchased on 20 th Jan-2017
2 . There was a unusual heating up of instrument phenomenon observed and
thought it to be an normal feature.
3.Now the instrument is completely out of order and in a dead mode.

over the instrument. They did not make any commitment regarding the return
of the instrument after servicing.

6. As per service center the mobile has developed a technical Hardware

hopes in the working of the company and treat myself as cheated.

It seems that the company has cheated us and have bad intentions of loot
within country buy selling the worst quality of mobiles and putting up
servicing centers to rectify them causing lot of inconvenience to its
customers..

This is the address of an issue faced by me for my laptop Lenovo_in z50-70 YB06824318. For the past 6 months, the product has had problems getting charged, storage and USB Ports.Taking up this issue to the customer service centre in Delhi, I was blamed that this is a case of sheer negligence and that the problem has been triggered by manhandling the product.
However, I assure you that the product has been spoiled on its own accord and that the Centre Manager has blamed me for no reason.
He blamed me for the damage and was rather rude mouthed, let alone the idea of taking my supplication into consideration.
Hence, I request your authority for your kindred perusal in this regard so that you take immediate steps to control the losses faced, as well as take action on the centre manager of Delhi.
In case you value customers like us Please take up our problems which are pending solve it. Hope you care to read this and take actions accordingly to satisfy a poorly handled customer like us.

I purchased a mobile Lenovo k6 note, in 4 days my phone is working abnormally and otg does not support according to Lenovo policy if there is any problem in new phone in 7 days the customer will get a new phone by replace the phone. i had purchased 6 months before

Wehave purchase the laptop with above serial number on 14/03/2020. below are the issues faced by me thereon

1. on 18th March 2020 we first face the issue of battery and then we contacted your technical team and then they trouble shoot the system using remote access.
2. Then later on touchpad issue arrises, then again we contacted the technical team and they tried to resolve the issue but the same cannot be resolved permanently. The touchpad worked only for 30 mins or 1 hrs later again stop working and till now the same has not been resolved.
3. Your technical team also udated the windows and other drivers but the problem didnot resolved
4. On 29th of March the screen got black twice for 15 mins then suddenly laptop got off and it was not turning on till now.
I am not the technical guy. If I have any technical knowledge then would not required your help but unfortunetly I dont know anything technical regarding laptop. Your team was trying to resolve the issue till date. Therefore its your team who has wasted the time in repairing and due to which I lapse the 7days return policy.

Now your techinal team is arguing with us that the decission has been taken by the customer care executive is the final and there will be no replacement and therefore we are closing the request. Is this type of service you are giving.

Your incapable technical team dont know the problem and dont know the solution. Due to which we loose our return days policy. Is this your organization policy that has been advised to the technical team that just waste the return back policy days so that the customer did not able to get it replaced and they will be left with the defective product.

Strongly recommended guys not to buy any Lenovo product. They cheat the people.
