Lenovo — non-delivery of free gift item

sir,
we have purchase lenovo desktop model on 16-dec. in which festival offer 2 free gift item.
till upto date we have receive only one free gift n second gift which is "printer" have not receive so
our kindly request u to as soon as possible pls sent this printer.
your non-delivery of free gift item make me to knot the door of "consumer forum".
so as soon possible you sent this gift (printer) item .

I had purchase hp 1020 printer .as per company ofer they a give free Beetel Cordless Phone as per his demand I had send Gift Redemption Code RJYYTOY1QN with draft of Rs 250/- from last 2years i m mailling and mailling but till date gift is not deliver to me. kindly do neadfull as soon as posible.so i think this all r face

Lenovo Laptop — EXTENDED WARRANTY

I received a call from Mr Ali to extend wrranty of my Lenovo laptop on 28.08.2009.I was out of station. I had been receiving more than 10 calls daily till 10th sept 09 .on 10.09.2009 i paid Rs 4500/ to Mr P Chaturvedi thereafter no call from Mr Ali or anyone else.I started calling for certificate of warranty ,but no proper reply from Aforeserve.On 20.10.2009 received a sticker to send to Bangalore office of Aforeserve,i send immediately. Till today no certificate of warranty is received.
Neither Mr Ali nor Mr P Chaturvedi in position to give certificate of warranty.
I feel Lenovo is involved in fraud with aforeserve.

I am Sarathi Sinha, bought a lenovo laptop, which model name is
2949(lenovo G450) from my nearest lenovo dealer "ROYAL INFOSYS" at
Bankura (W.B).Sir, I have got a wireless modem "named Reliance
Broadband Plus" woth of 3450 in just Rs 1000 as a gift.The modem
could not be activated from this area because it is in postpaid
mode.So the gift, given by your company is useless for me in this
moment.So I am requesting you to tell me the process by which I can
submit that modem and get return my money(Rs 1000) as soon as
possible.

I have purched my laptop on 11-Aug-2008. i extend my warranty on 30-july-2009 for two years. but still my warranty status has not upgraded.still it is hanging. no budy from custmor care is answering me properly
