LG LCD TV Monitor 47 Cms — non receipt of DTH set up box and 6 months free subscription

Dear Sir,
I regret to bring to your kind notice that I purchased an LG 47cms LCD TV monitor reposing confidence in the offer extended by the company which reads "BUY LG MONITOR TV AND GET A DTH SET TOP BOX CONNECTION + INSTALLATION+6 MONTHS' SUBSCRIPTION FREE". I have fulfilled all the norms stipulated by M/s.Spectramind who in association with LG Company are promoting the sales. But to my dismay, as of now I have not received the said DTH and I have lost confidence in a major company like LG and I feel that this type of non-sending the DTH tantamounts to erosion of credibility which the company has acquired over the years. The particulars of the LCD monitor and other related to it are furnished hereunder..
