[Resolved] LG Monitor TV M197wa-pt — I Have Not Received My Free Dth Set Top Box | |
I have purchased lg monitor tv M197WA-PT on 19.09.2009 from "COMPUTER GALLERY" with free dth offer. My "LG It Claim Form No" is 321240. I have send all the documents to claim my free dth connection on 24.09.2009 via DTDC courier. The documents received by "SPECTRAMIND" with company seal on 26.09.2009. But till now I have not received my free dth set top box. I send a email to spectramind, but they do not reply and they also not receiving my phone calls. I have registered 2 complains to lg , but no reply from them also. My complain numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I have also send a email to [protected]@lgindia.com, but no reply from them also. All the documents I have send to "SPECTRAMIND" attached with this post. My mobile no is [protected].
