[Resolved]  LG Rd 3500 — inconvenience due to messages

Sir,
My Mobile number is [protected]. I hv locked the complaint too many times at *333 that my messages are not reaching to the place where i want to send. i hv tried to solve out this problem by dialling *333. The executives are providing wrong information sometimes they said that your balance is less than Re.1 but when i listened the balance on my mobile it is Re 1 & 95 paise... sometimes they said that your SMS card has expired but i have done only 800 messages instead of 1000 free messages. The executives are unable & irresponsible to solve my problem. so i kindly request you to solve out my problem as soon as possible.
