Liberty Shoes F-10 Brand — Sole damaged between 20 days of purchase

I am shailesh kumar residing at haridwar and date 14 june 10 i am purchase a shoes from ritanz collection haridwar a f-10 shoes and between 20 days shoe sole was damaged try to change the shoe but the showroom representitive says the shoe is only repaire and after a week shoe is return in same condition i replied then he take one week also but this time my shoe was not repaire/change.

Please help in this matter.

I have also faced the same problem with my fortune shoes. after complaining in customer care they asked me to send the shoes to karnal address to change the sole. I have send the shoes as replied, even after 30 days and chain mails to customer care still i have not received my shoes back or any reply from them

I am also facing same problem, after purchasing Liberty shoe sole was damaged with in two month.showroom representative takes no responsibility.

I had purchase a sandle on April 7, 2010, and the upper soul color faded out/damage by the impressions of foot in 4-5 days. I gone to the showroom M/s P.P. Fashions (P) Ltd. (Step-by-step), Nirman Vihar, New Delhi-92 and asked them for this complaint on July 11, 2010. They told me that we will send it to the company and it will take one week and u may come on 19/7/2010. But till to date I have not received any phone call from them or nor it has ready to give me. You know I had purchase it in 1600/- ruppees and I wear it only 4-5 days.

I am sorry to express my regrets on the purchase of Liberty Shoes ( fortune ), Any way this has happened to me for first time, I am a regular customer of liberty from last four years but this time just in seven month i have started facing problem with the shoes, and every time they stritch the shoes and giving it back to me, but does it solve the problem, any way the position i m carrying i even can not wear the shoes with stritch.

I thought before you lose a regular customer it's better to inform you and if no proper action then u will surely lose a regular customer.

Waiting for a call or a mail which will help me to resolve the problem.

liberty safety shoe(Warrior) — damage within a week

I have purchase a pair of liberty safety shoe (Warrior) , but within a week the shoe got damage. The shop keeper also not responding well. Do not buy liberty safety shoe (Warrior ).
I got 2 pairs of Liberty warrior shoes. Both of different batches. I am using the first pair rough and tough since last one year and a half year now, but the sole of the second pair came off like a baked cake. The sole is so soft that even a 2-year-old baby can poke his finger into the sole creating a hole. Liberty needs to do a through research on the product before launching such safety shoes into the market.

Remember losing one customer now means, losing 1000 customers a year, which is not good in a long run.

LIBERTY SHOES is worst company. IT IS FOOLING CUSTOMERS, My money has been wasted many times. No more same quality as 10 years ago. I think thy sell CHINA made shoes. This company is using v cheap raw material for sure thats why shoes are breaking in 1-2 uses only. Don't buy again.

Very Rude Store staff, Also no customer service number body answers in KUTAIL/KARNAL number and in email no one answers.

They are looking for innocent customers like us to STEAL OUR HARD EARNED MONEY...
