The below complaint sent to Liberty customer care but no response from them.

In the days of competition every one would like to go for the best product available in the market that is precisely what I had purchased Liberty Shoe. One satisfied customer means a lot more happy faces for the competing brand. Word of mouth is the best form of publicity. Correct me if am wrong?

I would like to bring your attention of my concern regarding the new shoe which i have purchased recently. The details of the same as follows.

Concerns:
1.Side pasting came off and looking like an old unbranded shoe( around 4 month old shoe )
2. Heel cushion completely flattened (dealer promised me minimum guarantee 6 months on softness of heel)
3. Dealer taken my shoe and promised me to repair/ exchange the same (2nd Aug )
4. After the dead line( delivery) I have visited twice for collecting the shoe
5. Response from dealer - Company have not come for repair and the attitude of dealer person was rude. I
6. Raised the complaint in Liberty website, till now no response (see the trail mail for web receipt )

Since I am working professional and need shoe for daily use, hence I have purchased some other brand shoe. So I do not want the replacement from the company and request you to please refund my amount asap.

As you are very much aware that there is huge opportunity to tell such things to the whole customer through online/consumer form/consumer complaint. You might see me as just one customer who has complained, but there lies your catch of improving such mistakes lies huge opportunities. I am well wisher of Liberty and won't seek to go any further as I feel it will be nailed here itself. If you fail to do something about it, I might look at some other means of getting justice which I am quite capable of. Awaiting for your positive feedback.

I bought 2 pairs of liberty warrior safety shoes. The second one i bought 1-year after i bought the first one. I am having no problem with the first pair, but the sole of the second pair was breaking like a baked cake when i opened it to use 2 months after i purchased it.

It is so soft that even a 2-year-old baby can poke his finger into the sole creating a hole. I kindly request the liberty authority to please suggest me to get the sole hardened.

Please suggest something. Its a costly shoe.

On Friday 13th July 2012. I have purchase two pair of shoes of same model, same colour but different sizes (size 6 & size 7).for me & for my nephew from Liberty exclusive showroom at Deendayal Mall at Gwalior. but by cheating he has packed both the pairs of same size that is size 7. When we found that both the pairs are of same size we went to store again after 5-6 days but the bill was lost somewhere at home. The store manager straight forward refuse to change the shoe pair & said that without bill i cannot do anything. I told him to check it with your computer it was bill of 2598/- dated 13/07/2012 in evening time of 6.30 to 7.00 pm but the store manager said that we do not have any records here and we cannot do anything for you. then i said that what will i do with this shoes ... I do not need the same size again so keep it with you .... he said that keep it here but it will not be changed in any case ... I put the shoes at the stores & came back. Now tell me any to get the duplicate bill from anywhere so that i can change my pair of shoes.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had bought Liberty Shoes (1397) red size 6(40) on 25 Dec 2011. Within only two months Lether Cracking was reported on 20 Feb 2012. first they didn't entertain me and said they can't do anything after consulting some other out person, again came to Showroom thay forword me to Gomati Nagar, kept shoes for 10 days without any slip, and return me back as it was and again came to Saharajung on 14 March and given to service after 15 days they have return me back as it was only pasting they did. They answered for Lether cracking they can't do any thing. Tell me why should I waste money to bloody branded if their s product s are third quality. so many emails I had sent and called you many times but not yet received any satisfied answer. It's one month is over now and how long will take whole entire process. Five times I have visited your different-different showroom for solution on more then 300 rupees had been spent over this issue, on 28 March they given back shoes as it was.Associate code is RK235 gave me warranty valid for one year.

Dear Sir
I purchased a pair of shoe (model no 2092-21) on 11/12/2011 against bill no 6251from Jalandhar based Liberty showroom ( Copy of bill attached herewith). I got it repaired 3 times from dealer in 1.5 months and now its 4th time i have gave him for replacement. I gave it on 28/2/2012 against their receipt no. 1396 which is with me and after a week they told me that we have given it to company. From that date i haven't got any reply from them. After 3-4 visits i told them that i will complain to the consumer court and he happily said "Ok" .I have e-mailed to the company also on 22 nd March 2012 but still got no reply. Sir please guide me on this matter.

Developing of cracks on the upper side of the shoe is certainly a manufacturing problem since no sort of accident had taken place and in that the lower portion of the shoe is not torn out. Kindly intimate in that eventuality, how I can accept repair? Liberty Shoes Limited is not a small Company. I want that the cracks should be got tested in R&D/Test Laboratory and fault ascertained and the result will be acceptable to me. Just talking with someone and his reply should not be imposed to the customer please since it is Mr.Nayyar’s idea only.

About Product : After getting dis-satisfaction from Bata Shoes Limited, I became a regular buyer of your reputed Liberty Shoes/Hawai Chapples/Casuals etc. since last 12 years or so. On 22 December, 2011, I purchased one Fortune Shoe 413-N amounting to Rs.2,499/- against your Invoice No.00058 Batch No.000354 (attached). I had hardly used this shoe in two months time not more than 15 days because the same is expensive one for me. In the month of February, 2012, I observed a crack started developing on the left shoes which later developed in full. I presented the shoe in question at the outlet from where I had purchased i.e. Shop No.GSR 11-15, Ansal Plaza, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Needless to say that that I am working in Ansal Housing & Construction Limited (Ansal Plaza) and I sent other senior staff to purchase this model of shoe and some of them have purchases which may be enquired from the outlet staff. The staff was very courteous but was helpless and assured that needful will be done only by the concerned Area Sales Manager(ASM) on his forthcoming visit.After waiting some days, I again visited the outlet and astonished to see the remarks of your ASM mentioning as “ACCIDENTAL CASE”. I hereby assured and declare that neither any object has fallen on the shoe nor it has met with any sort of accident. It is clear from the upper portion/surface of the shoe that no sharp object has even touched the shoe. The more painful is to mention here that without taking my consent, your ASM has casually instructed someone to repair the shoe and return to the purchaser. In view of the above, I request your goodself to instruct the concerned to replace the shoe within 15 days from the date of this correspondence imposing my faith in your reputed LIBERTY Shoe/Casuals. 1. My Name is Shivendra and I work in the Indian Army.

2. I had purchased the two sports shoes (Model S901-White)from my
children from the liberty showroom at Bangalore on 1st March 2011
costing Rs 1,199.0 each (Foot Style, 1 Aswath Nagar, Marathalli Main
Road, Bnagalore- 560037. Ph[protected]). Details of the bill
are attached with this mail.

3. This is the first time that soles of both the shoes have totally
worn out in a span of just one month. We are regular users of your
product but this is the first time that we have faced such a problem.
The shoes have not been purchased on discount but are a fresh sale.

4. On contacting the showroom Mr Anthony who was present there refused
to exchange the shoes for a new one. On requesting him to kindly look
into the matter he went on to say that the company policy does not
allow any exchange nor can he accept it for repair. He further went on
to say that had it been school shoes he would have replaced it. He
further said that the shoe is not meant for sports but is only for
casual wear!!

5. On insisting that the shoe has not been deliberately damaged but has
worn out prematurely and that it warrants introspection from the
company's side , he refused to budge. That is why Iam registering a
complaint with you to please see that some justice is done.

6. A shoe cannot just wear out so fast from its sole so prematurely. We
are aware of the quality of your company which always brings us back to
you for purchase. We have never had such an experience with your
company in the past. Even requests to Mr Anthony to please refer the
case to the head office have fallen on deaf ears. If required
the photographs of the sole of both the shoes can be also attached.

I have bounght a sandal 0Z610811KH430 Coolers, i did not even use the Sandal for 10 times, the soft material insolre got damaged, when i took it to them, they said they'll repair it and they gave it to me after a week, My god, they pasted some sheet above it and gave it to me. That was really shabby. Its jus useless now, i could only wear it only for bathroom. Is there anyway to get it replaced?

There is no sense of customer service after selling bad quality shoes.

Manager Anil Choudhary is very illmannered. At 10:45 AM when I went with the complaint of full sole coming out of Senorita (k-345-02) after hardly wearing 10 times, he said that shop has not officailly opened and I should come back after few hours.
He said he cannot take the shoe now. He did not care for the customer's problem and in a large city like bangalore , he is asking to come after 2-3 hours with the shoe.
Who will pay the fuel cost and mental harassment?
The shoe broke when I was enetring a meeting. I had to get it fixed with a local cobbler.
Anil chaudhary(Liberty's manager) is asking me that why I got it fixed by a local cobbler.
SHould I go in the meeting barefoot or whenever I am wearing liberty I should carry one more pair of extra shoe?
He told me that even if the shoe is one day old, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
This is pure harassment of customer and a horrible and mindless customer service.
I have submitted the complain in the LibertyShoes.com but no actions from them. NEVER BUY LIBERTY

I purchased a pair of shoes article no. 1315 size 10 on dated 9 Octoberber 2010 from M/s. G.R.Sales, Opposite OBC, Near Clock Tower, Old G.T. Road, Karnal with bill no. 63831. Within less than one month of purchase, sole of my shoes has been unpasted. I contacted the above mentioned showroom but they refused to change my shoes and only repaired it. My complaint no. was 600.Then i got my shoes after 8 days. Their service and behaviour was really poor.
Now again after one month of repairing, sole of shoes is again unpasted.I have again contacted the above mentioned showroom. They said that they will solve the matter either by replacing the shoes or repairing the shoes.I doubt if this pair of shoes is of brand liberty. Please replace the purchased shoes by me. If it is not done i will never believe in your company and never purchase shoes produced by liberty shoe company and I will have to register a complaint in consumer court.

I purchased a pair of Tiptopp make ladies sandal (Model No. 7156-102 BR) from your exclusive showroom, M/s. Kuldeep Agencies, Shop No. 47, Nai Sarak, Jodhpur vide Invoice No. 996 dt. 11.10.2010 for Rs. 699.00.

It is to my great surprise that within 5 days from the purchase, the sole of the same was badly torn out – which I shown to the dealer on 30.10.2010 and he accepted to get it repaired.

I approached the dealer 4 times and finally asked him for delivering the Sandals or reimburse the amount. On this, he offered to replace it by new sandal – which we selected from the available range, priced at Rs. 750.00. The dealer asked us to pay Rs. 200 more for the replacement.

I request you to kindly analyze the above circumstances and realize that we are asked to pay Rs. 900 for the product priced at Rs. 750.

I am shailesh kumar residing at haridwar and date 14 june 10 i am purchase a shoes from ritanz collection haridwar a f-10 shoes and between 20 days shoe sole was damaged try to change the shoe but the showroom representitive says the shoe is only repaire and after a week shoe is return in same condition i replied then he take one week also but this time my shoe was not repaire/change.

I purchased a pair of shoes on dated 12 December 2009 from M/s. SHOE CENTER 3, Palika Bazar, Rohtak-124001 with TIN-[protected]. After 2 days the flap below the laces was torn out. I contacted the above mentioned showroom but they refused to change my shoes and only repaired it.I doubt if this pair of shoes is of brand liberty. Please replace the purchased shoes by me. If it is not done i will never believe in your company and never purchase shoes produced by liberty shoe company.

I bought a pair of shoes of Liberty brand (item code 0A[protected]on September 29th from Brand Factory, Abids Hyderabad, worth Rs.699 (after 30% discount) along with other things. I could start wearing those shoes only after November 1st and after wearing it for only a week, its sole came out. As I did not have the original bill, I waited for the credit card bill (ICICI Bank Future Card) to reach me, so that I can present the same for exchange.

I went to the Brand Factory mall at Abids on November 15th and spoke to customer service manager, Mr. Vijay. I explained everything to him at length, but he still insisted on the original bill. I tried to convince him to retrieve the bill through the invoice number mentioned on the credit card statement, but he did not budge. Also, I told him that as during that time, I was busy preparing for my sister's wedding, I could not retain the bill for the purchases.

Finally, I requested him to at least get the shoes repaired, to which he agreed with the condition that it is upto the brand's (Liberty shoes) discretion whether the same can be repaired. However, I handed over the shoes to him and took a written note from him on this, hoping that the shoes can be at least repaired.

When I went on November 29th to collect the shoes, I was told by the staff and Mr. Vijay that the brand (Liberty Shoes) has sent back the shoes from Mumbai without repairing it. I was surprised that how can Liberty not repair the sole of the shoes, which can be done by any shoe mender!! I told the staff that I will not take these shoes back and to keep it with you, to which they forced that it is against their policy. They advised me to THROW the shoes outside. I felt INSULTED.

I cannot even believe now that those shoes were sent to Liberty brand in Mumbai for repair..and are trying to close this issue at their end.

These so called brands are just misleading the customers in the name of discounts and sale.
