Kindly status of my policy no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]

LIC — not geting proper feed back from last 1 month

I have applied for Home loan of 11.25 L in July 09 through an agent ( Vikram Wagh) of LICHFL at F.C. Road Pune. After submitting the reqd. docs. he called me for P.I. at LIC office , at the same time taken cheque of Rs. 5515/- as a processing fees. He told us that it will take a week to get sanction .Aafter 10 days I called him then he told me that he requires some more docs. related to company.Within few days I submitted the same ( actually he should inform us this but here we need to call him).
The cheque of 5515/- was cleared from my account of 13th Aug. & still I have not recd. any information reg. sanction of my loan . Whenevr I am calling the concern person he is replying that he will call me soon with exact status But not a single time he has replied me.
My developer is not ready to wait further as he has given much time to us . Now neither I can approach to other bank nor geting proper feed back from LIC.
How can one track the exact status as agents are not guiding properly? ( only mean for commission).
IF THIS COMPLAINT FORUM IS REALY WORKING , PL. DO THE NEEDFUL.

LIC RECORD — UNABLE TO RETRIEVE LIC RECORD

The LIC website is not working properly.

It is toooooooo much slow

Coplaint:Refused to furnish my policy statement by Branch Manager when i request personnally and also i have not received statement for last three years.He said he will not issue any status and I have loan on these Policies.Unable to know my Loan & Policies status.So far no postal correspondence.My postal address is correct.Requesting action plan on concerned athorities.

R/Sir,
It is very regret to say that your LIC Branch, Chakradharpur, West Singhbhum is no smooth functioning & giving the service to your insured customers, so called bad name of LIC branch, Chakradharpur.
I the undersigned has gone to said branch for releasing of Policy Bond, but it is my unfortunate that the dealer Mr. JUNAS abscond himself since 12.30 hrs to 15.30 hrs. I asked some lady staff who is available there, she told that now lunch time he will come back 14.00 hrs. but 2 hrs. has gone Mr. JUNAS didn't come on his seat at 15.30 hrs., Then I approached to your Branch Manager & Asstt. Branch Manager they said he will come after lunch. I astonished that what is lunch time 2 or 3 hrs. ABM & BM's behaviour is also not good. 1.00 hrs. to 3.00 hrs some 6 staff are playing Carom, but they did not work on his seat.
Tow deposit counter is available but no cash checking & counting machine available, so lot of time taken by cashier. One agent taken lot of renewal premium in one slip and stand on queue so needy policy holder get too much inconvenient in queue for depositing renewal premium. I also suggest you kindly open one extra counter for insured policy holder customer.
Therefore, I approached to your kind honour kindly surprised check and visit the Chakradharpur, Branch whose time-table of office hour is not maintained by your staff and take Disciplinary action against him. Otherwise called bad name of LIC, Chakradharpur Branch due to miscreant/misbehave by LIC staff.
Your remedial action is highly solicited.

I have not received annuity payment under Jeevan Suraksha Policy No.[protected] since April 2009 in spite of writing to the Branch Manager, LIC of India, Branch No. 84D, Batrisi Hall, Near Gandhi Ashram, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad-380027 and superiors in August 2009.

I have got five LIC policies and i pay premium regularly. I never visited any LIC office while taking a policy.
I want to surrender the Bima plus (PolNo.[protected] for which i have paid 5 annual premiums.
I have decided to surrender to prevent further loss and gain in this market upturn.
But the operational hiccups might make me miss the market upturn.

When i contacted my agent, i was asked to get the Surrender Form from nearby LIC office.
And the agent would take care of further processing once i send the signed surrender form to her.

But the Chromepet LIC refused to offer a surrender form and asked us to go to the branch where the policy is issued. Now the issuing branch is in Thiruvottiyur which is 40km away from my place.

The first time, the Chromepet branch refused to provide surrender form saying they need exact policy details and we cameback home to get the policy details but they have refused to provide the surrender form citing branch as the reason.

I am taking my money back which i deposited in LIC, then why does LIC behave as though they pay me from their pocket and make me run around.

I guess they operate so many branches in Chennai city only to sell more and NOT for serving customers.

Also, nowhere from the net, i could download a surrender form from.

Hope LIC would do something in serving existing customers better.
And not orient itself only towards the New Business Income.

If the country's biggest insurer with 641 Cr as Profit does this, only Almighty has to rescue us.
Sir,
I have 2 LIC policies which are lapsed after 10 years Operation. Now their matured dated are gone.
I have written applications to the concerned Branches but no answer received in years. My accounts opened at Patna (Bihar) and I am at Ahmedabad. Here local branch officials advise me to go to Patna and get it transferred.

HOW CAN GET THE PAID AMOUNTS REFUND ? Please guide me.
