My LIC policy no.[protected] agent code no. 13731548 and D.O.Code : 6061548 date of maturity is 28/03/2006. I receive the maturity statement so late and submited in your CAD Brunch at phancibazar near concern officer of Mrs. N. Bhattacharjee . as per concern officers one cheque no. 77288 is issued to me on 28/03/2006. but I have not receive the same. I came to your office many many times for sattlement the case mature amount Rs.19231.40 (Rupees Nineteen Thousand two hundred Thirty One and Forty Paise only ) but not possible to receive the same
I give one application for sattlement the case but branch manager not receive the aplication and give one countersigne in my application and send the aplication im my hand to CAD brach manager .
I handed over the aplication in same day to CAD Branch manager . Branch manager assured me to sattle the case within the very short time . till to day i have not receive the same.this very sad for me as a .

The amount has been debited from my HDFC savings acconts.

But the premium receipt not received. I need the paid premium receipt . Because I have to submit my tax saving proofs to my company and Tax department.

I am a govt officer and payoing a premium of Rs.4, 800/- per month for the polices taken by me from LIC through SSS since 1988.As a matter of fact, I have applied for a very little amount of Loan against my Policies by 28th of April 2009 at your AMBATTUR Branch which is our service office.As on this date i.e.20.05.2009, I have not been given any response over my application as well as absolutely there is no respose over the phone, means that the phone is always found much engaged by their personal work, I hope and even if it rings there is no one to pick the phone.I have applied the little amount of loan only to meet out expenses of my daughter's computer education.I felt very bad of this administration and poor service.I am forced to think to withdraw all my policies, if this continues.Hence I request you to correct the customer service of that branch and let them be ordered to work upto the satisfaction of the subscribers.An early action is requested.

LIC INDIA — Unwanted sms

I am registered WITH NDNC ON 27/08/2007. The reference number for the same is F[protected]. I receive around 20 sms from lic india daily, which are unwanted. Inspite of my registration with ndnc i still receive these unwanted sms. Kindly help

I have been harassed and toiled by hopeless administration of your offices and hence mentioning the series of events which will fully satisfy you that despite of the fact that their has been no fault or laps or problem from my end, just as your administration is weak and hopeless, I have been practically tortured by your various offices.

The series of events:-
1) The above policies were taken by me when I was posted at Jaipur. The premium of the said policies was regularly deducted from my Salary.
2) I got promotion and hence I was transferred from Jaipur to Ahmedabad in March, 1998.
3) The premium of these policies was regularly deducted from my salary account by Ahmedabad Regional office and the same would be subsequently transferred to Jaipur Regional Office and from there to respective LIC at Jaipur.
4) When I got these policies back from my Housing department, I sent the original policies to respective Jaipur LIC offices for (i)reassignment, (ii)change of nomination from the name of my husband who expired to the name of my son, (iii)change of permanent address as I was transferred to Ahmedabad, (iv)Transfer of all these policies at any of the offices at Ashram Road at Ahmedabad. I have acknowledgement dated[protected] with me.
5) Subsequently out of 3 policies I received two policies back with instructions from LIC Jaipur to proceed with the reassignment at any of the Ahmedabad office as the required form was not available with them. I was shocked as I myself had personally gone especially to Jaipur to get these records straight from Jaipur LIC. In presence of some staff member of LIC I had filled up all the required form which was thoroughly checked by the concerned person and then only it was submitted. Instead of making the necessary corrections in the policy as per the forms submitted by me, LIC Jaipur did not take any action and shuttled back 2 policies out of 3 and they were dead silent for the 3rd policy.
6) As I was left with no other alternative, I went to Sanyas Ashram LIC office at Ahmedabad and requested them for reassignment/nomination as well as requested them to make the change of mode of making the payment of premium.
7) To my great shock and surprise, I was denied the change of mode of payment of premium and nomination as I was informed that they have observed some gap in the premium payment for the month of April, 2000.
8) As I did not receive the 3rd LIC policy I sent mail and correspondence that till date I have not received the third LIC policy which was submitted at Jaipur on[protected]. I also showed the salary slip of April, 2000 which showed clearly that from my salary the LIC premium was deducted as done before. Despite of requesting and substantiating with the facts, I was told that I shall have to get this anomalies resolved only from JAipur LIC office.
9) I brought this to the notice of my accounts department of Ahmedabad as well as Jaipur Regional Office and tried to synchronized with JAIPUR LIC but all my efforts went fruitless, ineffective and vain.
10) On[protected] I was informed by LIC Ahmedabad to pay the premium which was shown as out standing as per their records of October, 2008 in policy[protected] so I also paid the premium of April, 2000 to cut the matter short and put and end as the efforts put by me was disproportionate to the results achieved as no one at LIC simply wants to help me out !
11) At last the mode of change of payoemt of premium as accepted by LIC Ahmedabad and hence I deposited two cheques. Out of two cheque one is still missing. I fail to understand that when 2 cheques are deposited at the same office how can one of the cheques get misplaced ?
12) For policy No.[protected] cheque of Rs. 5082 got realized from my bank but unfortunately cheque for premium for policy[protected] was returned by LIC stating a loose excuse that now there is a gap of more than 6 months in the policy.
13) As my problem was not solved in May, 2009 I once again went to Jaipur personally at that time I was told that LIC had sent the policy to National Ins. Regional Office Jaipur. Now just imagine, the policy which was given to the office on the same day, LIC is taking action on 2 policies and sending to Ahmedabad and the Third policy they are sending to Jaipur. I think the hopeless administrators of LIC are just good for nothing, They do not want to even check the records, they do not want to reply to my mails and letters. Do you expect that every time there is problem in LIC administration, the poor customer shall have to waste time, money and energy to visit that office personally and get the things done…
14) I collected the proof of the premium paid from my Jaipur Office and submitted to LIC Jaipur that premium of April, 2000 which was showing outstanding in their records were already paid by me through my Jaipur office.
15) As this was not enough I received a letter from LIC that my 2 polices have been terminated as there is a gap of more than 6 months.
16) The problems are not getting solved and it keeps on accumulating despite of continuous follow ups with various offices of LIC.
17) Just imagine that from my salary account SSS deduction was done till December, 2008 from my Ahmedabad office and then credited to Jaipur office where I was earlier working. Now Jaipur RO did not send the premium to LIC as I had requested for the change of mode of payment of premium. Just tell me where is my fault? Why I am shuttled from one place to other? Why my problems seem to be unending and how many days I will be wasting to get this small work done and to get the record straight? Is there no one at LIC who can help me out? Or at LIC you are getting the sadistic pleasure of harassing your clients?
18) To acquaint you with the actual facts I would like to inform you that National Ins. Co. Jaipur Regional Office had paid to LIC Jaipur vide cheque No 828149 on[protected] and my premium detail has been mentioned in sr. No. 55 amounting to Rs. 704/- for all three LIC policies. Still LIC recovered Rs. 705 ( Rs. 216 + Rs. 135 + Rs 353) just because your reconciliation is not proper or your accounting is not proper or if some thing is not tallying at your end you just order the customer to pay even for something which is already been paid. What do you think that the customer will shuttle from one place to other ? They will just waste their time in order to protect your hopeless and inefficient staff members ? Why are you not showing the guts to take stern steps on the defaulting employees ? What about the leave I have taken just to come to Jaipur to keep the records straight ? What about the expenses incurred by me > what about the agony pains and tension faced by me without any fault on my part .. See the irony of the case, despite of repeated requests and reminders, I fail to understand, is there no one serious person who go to the root cause of the difficulties faced by the customer. On one hand you boast in propagating your achievements but I have experienced that LIC is one of the absolutely administered organization.
19) I also requested the LIC authorities that if you are not refunding the premium which has been received by them twice, then LIC should adjust the same towards my premium of October, 2008, if the same instalment is not received by LIC from my Office as informed to me vide your letter of February, 2009. As in February, 2009 the alleaged gap is not for 6 months and every thing would be streamlined and regularize. So just see the administration of LIC… they neither want to adjust the premium, nor want to refund the premium extra received by them nor want to communicate to the customer in time. Just behaving like a monopoly market.
20) But this is lousy LIC office. They are adamant and not do anything from their side. I was forced to undergo a medical check up by one of the panel doctors of LIC. As beggers do not have choice I made myself available to the panel doctor, got myself examined and obtained the report from the doctor and submitted to the LIC office at Sanyas Ashram, Ashram Rd Branch of Ahmedabad.
21) Now the Ashram Rd Branch says that now the matter will be referred to the divisional office. I went to Divisioinal office also and discussed my case to the authority but how can he be an exception from the other inefficient staff member of LIC.? He also did nothing and told me that at the time of LIC panel doctor examination I had said that I had undergone a hystectomy surgery and hence now LIC office needs the complete file of the surgery.
22) As explained earlier, I am just asked for the information and documents on piecemeal basis. I once again went to LIC office along with the complete medical file and submitted the same to LIC.
23) My question is that when my premium has been deducted from my salary and when the premium of my Jaipur office has paid to LIC Jaipur, if there is some administrative lecuna on the part of LIC then why should I be penalized for not only making the payment of another premium but also to visit so many offices of LIC again and again for no fault on my part.
24) You will be stunned to note that from December, 2008 onwards I have been regularly visiting LIC Branch No. 850 All the staff members knows me. All are aware about my genuine problem but every one seems so helpless that no one can do anything despite of their willingness to help me out.
25) Do you not think that there is a need to make a redical change in your system so that similar problems and difficulties are not faced by any other customer.
26) Now you decide who is going to pay for the excess premium ? Who is going to pay me for the traveling expenses incurred by me to visit Jaipur Office ? Who is going to pay me for the shock, pains and suffering undergone and experienced by me?
27) What steps are you going to take on the administrative staff who have not done their duty properly ?
28) Just let me warn you that I am not going to leave you or spare you. You have wasted enough of my time money and energy and I shall see to it that a written apology is sent to me by the return of the post or all the concerns be prepared to face the channel “AWAZ” who are actively involved in solving the problems of the customer and I shall also refer my case to the media exposing the false claim by LIC in customer services.

From the detail of the this letter, a prudent person will come to know that I have built up my case in such a way that any one will come to know about the harassment caused to me by LIC.

I earnestly request you to not treat my complaint as any other complaint. Do not dare to do so as I am not going to spare the defaulting employees and LIC for the trauma and difficulties caused to me.

I demand an immediate explanation/justification from the competent authority.

I have been holding this above mentioned Policy from 15.01.1994 and have been receiving Money back Premium every 5 years regularly.

But I regret to inform you that I have not received the above mentioned cheque for Rs.10, 000 for the period[protected]. Subsequently, on contacting your good office repeatedly regarding the non-receipt of the above mentioned cheque, I was informed that the subject cheque had been encashed on 15.07.2004 which I understand is forged and the cheque encashed illegally.

I would request your good selves to intervene personally in this matter and ensure the culprits are brought to book and justice is done to my case.

I am sure my case will get immediate action for which I will be grateful to you and issue orders to issue a fresh cheque for the said premium (Rs.10, 000) in my favour and would request you to kindly consider the interest for the lapse period. Since I am out of country, I will not be able to collect the cheque, I request you to kindly hand over the cheque to my wife/nominee Mrs.K.N.Anusuya Devi whose signature is appended below.

with due respect i like to inform you that i have submit policy of rs 8640 on dated[protected] and recipt no 13697at tinsukia branch. but policy not by any reason. there for i complain refund my money with interst at tinsukia branch but tinsukia office say we give six complaian refund money three respectively 9385,[protected], 14722,[protected], 14166,[protected] are payment made and three not made respectively 14725,[protected], 12883;[protected]and my recit no 13697 on dated[protected]. s
so i request you to enqure the matter and reply as early as possible .
