[Resolved]  Lic India — The www.licindia.com website is not working

In Dec 2009 I purchase jeewan Saral policy and paid Rs 12000 on 18th Dec 2009 as quaterly premium. My medical test was done in dec and was ok.

Till date I have not recived my policy and the LIC officers and the agent are not providing any help. For the last 2 months I am told that papers are under checking and policy wil be issued shortly. Can any one help me in this matter.

It seems the intention of lic of india is not clear and fair by not providing any
on line grevance redressal mechanism for LIC policy holders and the policy holders running post to pillers for settlement of their claim.

Sofar I have't got my money. I never expected this type of delay of services in LIC.

I am a LIC agent attached to Br. 907, MDO-1. My agent code is 01375907, DOB 09/06/1944 and D.O Code 6632. I was extensively using the web site to help my policy holders. I forgot my Pass word and it difficult to help my PHs. Kindly retrieve my PW and advise me through the above e-mail. I am unable to retrieve the PW inspite of my attempts in the LIC website.

iam the policy holder of various lic policies. i am working in sccl.i have transferred from ramagundam-AP to manuguru near badrachalam lic office.and iapplied to lic to transfer my records to BADRACHALAM .when i approached for loan under my policies in badrachalam br. they are saying that records are not with them. i enquired in ramagundam br. they are saying that ur records were transferred to badrachalam br. hence pl see in to this matter .

My policy no is[protected], my policy duration is completed and till now i didn't got my check and your lic office number is false.no one is going to attend it, your lic agent raj kumar pal is avoiding my phone, please reply soon otherwise i have to go with consumer forum.

My complaint is that my date of birth is 22.08.1971. I disagree to that post ADO
because i have a chairmanclub member. I have 12 years experience in lic agency.

Dear I check daily NAV and LIC Website has no problem.

I invested sum of RS 20000 in market Plus of LIC of India having policy No[protected] dated[protected] at LIC Branch Kangra Tehsil & Distt. Kangra Himachal Pradesh.After compleating my time bound I submitted a application to the Manager Kangra Branch for withdraw the invested amount on dated[protected] at 12:15 PM. The manager accepct my application and calling me after next two days but manager not give me the recept after receiving my policy and missguid me . I request to manager to send the amount by post at my home because the distance between my house and lic kangra branch aprox 80 KM.
now today[protected] but I am not receive any amount from LIC.

I had retired on superannuation from the service of Oriental Insurance Co.Ltd., R.O., Chandigarh on[protected]. I had remained member of the GSLIS scheme from the date of its inception in the company, i.e., 1978 and had subscribed regular premium towards the scheme through salary deduction. On my retirement I became due for payment of deposits of saving portion. Despite my employer having dispatched all the claim papers to your GSLIS Division, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi, in Feb, 2009, my dues have not been remitted to me. I have been enquiring on phone from Oriental’s Head Office, 25/27, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi, whilst every time I was assured of remittance of cheque from LIC awaited. Will you kindly apprise me or OIC’s HO if any discrepancies in my case barring the payment?
