[Resolved]  Lloyd Finance Ltd — Non payment of FD maturity amount

I, IRA DUTTA, had deposited an amount of Rs.5000.00 as Fixed Deposit with M/s Loyed Finance Ltd. The F D Receipt No. is L - 7954/1 dated 15/12/1995. As per terms the maturity after five years amount of Rs. 10536.00 was payable on 15.12.2000, However, the company has not paid the same. After discharging, the deposit receipt was already sent to the company. Please help.

The F D Receipt Nos are C/[protected]& C/[protected] dated 09.10.1998. As per terms the maturity amount of Rs. 34500.00 was payable on 09.10. 1999, however, the company has not paid the same. After discharging, the deposit receipt was already sent to the Company. Please help.

We, ASHOK KUMAR SAXENA AND Smt NEERJA SAXENA had deposited an amount of Rs.10, 000/- EACH as Fixed Deposit with M/s Lloyd Finance Ltd. The F D Receipt Nos are C/[protected] & C/[protected] dated 26.11.1997. As per terms the maturity amount was payable after fifty one month, however, the company has not paid the same. After discharging, the deposit receipt was already sent to the Company. Please help

Yes A I am agree with the complain. Even my Two Fixed deposits Rs. 5000 each are with Lloyd Finance Ltd. Now they are not responding. Even I have tried at their Head office but registered letter came back with remarks that the company has shifted the office. I don't know whom to contact. Please help.

My uncle had deposited 15000 RS as and FD in the year 1998 which was to be returned in 3 years with 14% rate of interest. After 1 year in year 2000 company returned 4500 rs saying this is the 1st installment of 30% and reaming 2 installments will be re payed in subsequent 2 years. but nothing had came after that. Will be glad if some one can assist me in getting back our hard earn money.

I had deposited Rs.8124/=(Rupees Eight thousand one hundred twenty four)in MONEY MULTIPLIER scheme with Lioyds Finance Limited on 25th September'1998 for 12months.Rate of interest was 15.50% perannum.The date of maturity was 24th september'1999, but after maturity Lioyds Finance Limited had not returned my full amount of Rs.9383/-(Rupees Nine thousand three hundred eighty three).They have returned to me only Rs.1625/-(Rupees One thousand six hundred twenty five)by cheque having No:62091dated 1st February'2001. Sir, my rest amount Rs.7758/-(Rupees Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Eight only) still, Liyod Finance Limited have not returned to me. The original certificate has already been deposited with the company office in Ahmedabad. Sir, you are requested to kindly help me to getting my balance amount as soon as possible.
