[Resolved]  Lodha Builder — Cheater

I have booked 2BHK with Lodha, Casa Bella, Dombivili. Their customer service is pathetic. They are big time cheaters. The raised the car parking charges without intimating the customers and harrasse them to pay the full amount, like they are doing it with me. The customer service team is worst, I dont find even one person cooperative.

Sunil i fully agree with you.The same thing happened to me.They sweet talked me into paying earnest
money and booking the flat almost a year ago and then started sending payment reminders every 20 days
and forced me to pay within 15 days or else i will be charged [protected]@18% pa.This is actually a clause
in the agreement they make you sign which i realised later.Also once you make the first few paymentsyou cannot back out.There is a clause that says 1lakh+ will be deducted and whatever you have paid will be returned over the period of year.My dear friends i would advice you to think twice before dealing with these conmen builders.The staff at the office are very unprofessional and do not know their job.It is a very haphazardly run organization
I agree to you...i have booked a flat at casabella and facing similar parking issues withthem..they are forcing me to pay the parking amount without which they will not give any allotment letter to me...I am in a dilemma as i cannot do bank work without the allotment letter..and they are asking me to pay for open parking in cash and they will not give any receipt for the same..

Me and my husband are facing too many issues with the Lodha customer service team, there is no escalation metrics that can be followed here. their skilss to handling any customer query is appauling. Deepa & Akalpita are two females who can never ever help anyone with regards to customer srvice they have taken four months of our valuable time in fetching for a so called SERIAL Nunber for our building. May bank refuses to provide any disbursement money without these documents. Can anyone help us on this as LODHA team doesn't know how incompetent they are.
The help line no 23024400 is like getting through a mile stone? Even if you get through? You will be put on hold or it will be transfered to an extension where the mail box replies which says the box is out of space. We have to go back to the operator where she puts you on hold again and then the same thing repeats over and over again. After you are sick on holding for about 45 minutes. The Operator will tell you to send a mail at [protected]@lodhagroup.com Which I tried! But did not get a reply. But When I send a new booking inquiry? I got a reply in minutes. This is what LODHA TEAM are? This is only if you have booked a flat with them? So guys think before you take a wise step.
Common guys, lets come together and fight against this builder...He is trying to take everyone on a ride...

I am a victim of Lodha group, I booked a flat in Casa Bela in Thane, The day I booked the flat Lodha group started their game. First they forced me to change my flat as there was another booking on same flat. Immediately they claimed interest on the booked flat as plinth was already done for the newly booked flat... Till now I have paid more than 1 lack as penalty. I paid interest on the amount which builder demanded and bank has not released after verification. recently they are asking extra 3 lack for some governance charges??? They are asking for final amount before showing the flat, I am not sure even my flat is ready or not, they are not willing me to show my flat before I pay them the position amount. I am not sure if consumer complaints can do any thing on this, there customer care is so pathetic that they will do all false commitment. I am depressed, sold my land to full fill there demand...

Lodha Builder — Delay in flat possession

This builder has cheated too many peoples of mumbai buy committing wrong possession dates at the time of booking. and ask to pay customers interest on delayed payments. I have paid the alomost 50 to 60 thousand delay charges. This is kind of scam that builder is running. But no one is taking action.
I am ready to join which ever group is planning collective action against Lodha. They misinformed me during booking that payment schedule is 3months and then started demanding every 3 weeks. This is my worst experience with builder. People at Lodha customer care are actually hired to harass customer and not to care, they are more like recovery agents who are only to harass. They have not build and good relation with their customer. For them consumer is always wrong and because there are no regulations for real estate they know we cannot do much.
