Lodha Group — Delay in possession and failure to hand over the flat keys

I am a buyer of Lodha builder Crown Majiwada Thane.

This is to put my concern regarding the delay in the possession of the flat originally committed by the Lodha sales team for April, 2024.

By December 2023, I had already paid approximately 95% of the property value, trusting that possession would be handed over as scheduled,
that has not happened.
The first update we received indicated that possession would start in early September 2024. Yet, we are now in December 2024, and the flat is still not handed over.

The reasons provided for the delay, such as pending Occupancy Certificates (OCs), appear to be vague and do not offer a clear timeline for resolution and we are hearing it since the last 3 months.
