[Resolved]  Lodha Group — Inappropriate charges and adjustment towards outstanding balance

Hello there. I had purchased a second property with lodha however I still believe I had not been benefited with the new purchase. They tried to offer me lucrative rate at the time of purchase. I had informed them about the situation at the time of purchase about the extension period required to process loan. However they intentionally kept on charging me and raising demand as and when they wanted. When I cleared the payment the last due outstanding was yet to adjust and I have not received any information about the adjustment. However after following up with rm for few months I have decided to make full payment of outstanding dues with charges. On 1 Jan i received email that my pre emi amount is on hold. I made payment on 12th and they had charged an adjustment on 15th January and created a demand with adjustment amount without taking into account the payment made my me on 12th Jan. I know that these guys had done this to many and I am not new to this. I am taking into account all the moves my this giant corporation. I am sure there might be someone listening to coustomer. Just by shares price is increasing doesn't mean the company is good. I had contacted customer support they are making very new stories which do not match the previous version.
