[Resolved]  Lodha Motors, Chennai — Service very poor to Honda customers

For God's Sake don't service your vehicles in LODHA HONDA(Tambaram).The worst service center I have ever been to..They just took the vehicle for service and handed over after placing two days in Garage..No issues has been resolved.I took my stunner to be serviced..But they came out with a bill amount of Rs 500..No proper bills for what they did.
Just they will ask money...U have to pay..
Think this is the worst service center in the city even across itz rivals also..

ya its 100% right very poor service for lodha motors nobady take action for this

Lodha motars is the worst in chennai.. They are giving Fake bills also.For only oil change i paid RS.322 where oil price is 200.I have AMS also which has no labour charge.No one is giving correct response for the bill..

NEVER GIVE YOUR TWO WHEELER FOR SERVICE AT LODHA HONDA, TAMBARAM. THERE ARE OTHER SERVICE CENTRES AT SAIDAPET. THESE PEOPLE AT LODHA DONT EVEN GIVE U THE REPLACED PARTS BACK. AND I'VE HEARD THEY CHEAT U A LOT.

Honda Service — Service is very poor

JSP Honda is very worst in Service. I bought 3 vehicles from JSP Honda. I am facing lot of problems in my vehicle service.

Honda Unicorn is given for service and they charged me Rs.3000/= for the service. They have changed the Air filter, Spark Plug, Chain Sprocket, Disk Pad etc.. But the same problem is repeating after driving
250 Kms. When i contacted the service department they are not at all replying properly.

So Don't buy Honda vehicles in JSP Honda showroom.

I have got Honda - Shine 2007 model which was purchased in Mysore . After been 5 years i thought making some changes in my bike with good service center in Honda Chennai. Hence i found from Just dial given as 4 star rating for this one of the worst service centre named" Lodha Honda" . I don't know how Honda company giving licence to this kind of dealers. What ever they mentioned in above points are all true. Yes they are charging very high and the quality of service is very poor. I got stunned of estimating Rs 15000/- alone for some reason of making repair. Thank god i have not accepted for that amount still i gave for normal service which costs me Rs 3200 .

I request the concerned person to take action against all complaints, As it causing more problems to the individual bike owners when they are getting delivery. I have noticed so many issues in my first attempt itself.

The worst ever service experience i had with LODHA Motors service centre. They are very much interested in collecting your money and do not CARE for your vehicle.

Inform your friends not to go for this bike showroom even for asking the prices of the bike they will charge for that too.

NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOW ROOM TO ANYONE.

Please do not give your bike to them they will change ever

LODHA MOTOR and their SERVICE is VERY VERY VERY WORST and GOOD FOR NOTHING

On 24.04.2012 I gave my Honda Stunner Bike for the service which I booked the date one week before. Yesterday (25.04.2012) they informed that i can collect the bike at 5 pm, so I went at 5.15pm paid the service amount Rs.1, 654/-(requested to change some parts) Then waited for almost one hour to get the bike. When they broght the bike, i found the front number plate was broken. The staff noticed that on 24.04.2012 itself, but they are not bothered to change it and give some stupit reasons. Then they asked to contact the service manager, but he also not in the posistion to help. So i decided not to give the bike anymore to this station. Worst service

I have bought new honda activa at lodha motors tambaram. i got the activa in proper condition and was happy. it was working properly. i use the bike very carefully ad there were no scratches. After 15 days i gave my bike for servicing. at lodha honda service centre at tambaram. after serviving my activa had 7 scratches and they say i have done it. i told its only 15 days old. when i gave i showed them also that there were no scratches but still he would not listen. they do not handle the bikes properly they are kept in worst condition and they don't clean it properly while giving back to consumers. please don't give your bike to honda service centre tambaram. they'll put scratches and make it worse and give it you. and they charge extra also.

DON'T GET YOUR BIKE SERVICE AT LODHA HONDA MOTORS TAMBARAM. THEY GIVE WORST SERVICE. I DON'T WANT OTHERS TO GO THROUGH THE PAIN I HAVE GONE THROUGH. THEY ARE VERY NEGLIGENT AND IRRESPONSIBLE.

Lodha Honda said they put Oil but Engine Ceased within a month. When i tried with Extended Warranty, they are saying that the warranty is not applicable as i haven't used a free service for a month (2 years back). I am trying to approach the court...PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY HONDA AND ALSO DON'T BUY FROM LODHA HONDA...

My Kind suggestion, please look for some other vehicle other than Honda...

Honda is now famous for cheating Customers...They are very bad in the service field. Now they are quoting me for 15, 000 for repairing my Engine and whereas in outer, the repair cost is only for Rs. 2000 for doing the same and it would be more efficient...

PLEASE TAKE CARE AND SAY NO TO HONDA and also to LODHA HONDA...

I agree with all the above post. Lodha Honda, Tambaram, is very very poor and bad service from Sales to Bike Service.They treat the customers very badly. I kindly request to all Honda bike lovers, don't buy bike from Lodha Honda, Tambaram. If Honda company still not taking any action against this dealer, it will spoil the name of Honda. Surely Lodha Honda will spoil the name the Honda.

The customer service in Lodha Honda is ridiculous. The customers visiting the showroom are handled by the finance persons who dont't even know the basic features and giving false information... very soon they ll be loosing the customer base. As a customer i never ever suggest Lodha, to a person who is looking for Honda dealer and also never turn back to them for service even:-(

Lodha Honda, Mine is Honda Activa, since i moved to tambaram area recently, i gave my bike to Lodha Honda service centre after i hand over the bike, they said, cant get delivery on same day, since there is a problem in water service hence i waited for 1 more day, when i called them nextday still the bike was not ready, the poor thing is they are not even attending the calls. at last the 3rd day i called them and then they said you can get your vehicle, when i went they made me to paid the service bill of 900Rs. I paid and gave the paid slip to security person and they were searching for my vehicle, finally they said, it was not done with water service, and there was no power so come back after 1 hour, i controlled myself and went and came back in the afternoon. when i saw the water serviced bike, really got angry and shocked. Because they did nothing, just pour some water and gave it back. even when i asked the mechanic, he was just telling some reasons. and they did nothing, as i requested for battery charge, there itself, it was not starting self, when i asked, if you drive for 10 kms it will automatically charged, all the fellows working from top to bottom are very lethargic attitude. I've decided not to go anymore to Lodha Honda Service centre.

LODHA HONDA .. THE NO.1 CRIMINALS ALWAYS LOOK TO CHEET PEOPLE.. I PURCHASED A HOND ACTIVA DURING LAST YEAR BUT WHEN I TAKE DELIVERY THE ACTIVA STICKER WAS NOT PASTED IN BOTH THE SIDES.. WHEN I CHECKED WITH THE SERVICE STATION THEY SAID... NO STOCKS.. AND THAN SAID... IT WILL BE BILLED... WHEN THE FIRST SERVICE WAS GIVEN THEY DAMAGED THE PORTION TOP TO THE HEAD LIGHT AND THEY SAID IT IS ALREADY DAMAGED BY ME.. TOTALLY LODHA HONDA IN THAMBARAM IS ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS.. MY ADVICE IS NOT TO BUY NOT TO GIVE SERVICE TO THEM.. AT ANY COST.

Hi all the lodha honda is very stupit people. they dont no about customer value.
i bought a activa. during purchase they collected extra rs 5000 for extended warranty. but when i given my bike for service in 16th month, during service they told me to change many engine parts. you should know that my bike ran only 5000 km. but they asked me to bay rs 5000. then i asked about vehicle 2 yrs warranty and 5 yrs extended warranty. but they told very cool that bike gone only 3 services against 5. i told that 5000 km why need 5 services. then i spoke with southern reginal honda sales and service head. he also spoke like . then i spoke with director of honda India. after that they did freely.it shows all together they are cheating the customer.

lodha motors is very very very very very very very very worst show room in tambaram...3 week before i booked honda activa in that show room but still i don't get my bike...and everyday they create new problem for me...in 1 st floor staffs is very worst they don't herad customers words...plz friends don't go lodha motors in tambaram...
