Cheats in Bike Service

Address:Plot No.24, Kamarajar Salai Near Arunmathi Theatre Moorthy Nagar Anakaputhur, Pammal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600070

Last one year I have problem with my unicorn bike-carburettor. I have given 3 times to resolve the problem. But no use, I have spent al most 11, 300 Inr. If we ask anything, They won't proper response too. Simply waste of my money and time. They will cheat the customer. I strongly recommend don't go to lodha motors service center. They don't have proper mechanic....

Poor Customer Service

1) Very poor Customer Service - When I booked by Honda Activa, i was treated like i was getting it free
2) I give my Honda Activa for First Service and the bike is returned with scratches. They retort by syaing that the scrtches are already there.

Is thr something which can be done tot ake action on this?...

Service very poor to Honda customers

Hi,

The response is very poor to the customers of honda motorcycles at Lodha motors, tambaram chennai.
They are charging more for every accessories and parts. Also they are putting extra charges without any reason in addition to the cost of the motorcycle.
Also during the initial free services of the bike, they are charging Rs 300/. for oil change, which comparatively very high....
