It is to bring to your notice that I have lost my Mobile Phone with Vodafone Karnataka no. [protected] in Kolkata.

I have reported the loss and asked for a discontinuation of service to the no. however, when called on the no. the msg. recd. is “Mobile phone SWITCHED OFF” Kindly change to “ Mobile Phone DISCONNECTED”.

Seconldly, I have reported the IMIE no. and asked to BLOCK the mobile Phone. Following are the details:
